Richard Roth was the professional who led this team and the quality of work, professionalism and congeniality were outstanding! He was accurate in all of his work time estimates and he truly understood he’s job and how to accomplish the install. I am so happy that I chose H Jack’s to install my tankless hot water tank. Kevin and Michael came to install a smart water shutoff valve. Installation went great. While they were hear we discovered a problem with an expansion tank that was about to fail. They fixed that too. Saving another trip and a potential big problem. Great guys, great work, and a great price! I would strongly recommend and ask for Kevin and Michel.

Shawn and Nathan were pure professionals and all we needed was a simple snaking. But they still went above and beyond and were very personable! I would use them for any of my plumbing needs from here on out! You may find cheaper plumbers out there but professionalism is worth the money spent!

I had a water heater installed today, Simon and Terry were arrived promptly, immediately instilled my confidence in them, and respected my home. Before I knew it, they we finished with the install. Highly recommend H Jack and their team, I always have a great experience with their technicians and know that the job will be done right the first time.

Amazing difference!! Jeff and the team were very professional and helpful during the entire process to replace my old cast iron tub and shower. They took pride in their work and everything looks beautiful! They really went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the outcome. I definitely recommend using HJacks.

Excellent service. I managed to clog my main sewer line late Christmas Eve of all nights. Shawn came out at 10PM, less than two hours after I had called, and had me back up and running in under an hour. The price was lower than I was anticipating, given the fact that it was holiday after-hours emergency service. I had actually called two other places first because they were closer to me, but no one else even answered the phone, despite claiming 24 hour service. I guess that's not terribly surprising, given it was Christmas Eve, but H. Jacks answered right away and got someone to come right out. Highly recommended. I would absolutely use these guys again in the future if needed.

We’ve used HJacks several times, and their work quality is consistently excellent. Jeff and Lucas fixed a leak in our bathroom, and not only were they here EARLY, they even made sure they cleaned up everything (broom and dustpan!), and were incredibly friendly - even with a barking dog! A+++

Our heat went out in middle of the night. They were here next morning. It was a Saturday morning. Jose was great with our Kids and pets. They were professional, explained everything in detail to me. . We highly recommend them, We are a very happy customer,
