This is the first time using Mayes & Sons, and I was very pleased! They were very timely in getting back to me and scheduling a time for someone to come out! Very easy and very reasonable, very happy with Justin, he came out and took care of a blocked main line and was very efficient! Excellent service! Will definitely tell family members about this plumbing company! Thank you!

We used Mayes in 2018 with great results with replacing a hot water heater. Needed plumbing work on sink! Made appointment, he showed up at 4:00 pm with a bad attitude! Did part of work but refused finishing job unless we paid overtime 😕 Called company, they said I lied, technician Matt said otherwise. NEVER ever use them again. Quality sure went downhill!! $325.00 for 2 trips to fix sink & plumbing!

They had an opening, and got me in several days before my scheduled appointment. Alex was able to figure out and fix the problem in no time! He was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. All around it was an excellent experience, and using my Old Republic Home Protection warranty, All of the work was covered, and I had no additional out-of-pocket expenses. It was great!

Great service highly recommend.. had two company’s come in to do the job and it was outrageous and they couldn’t get it done.. Called Mayes and Sons they had Matt come out and he completed the job in an hour at a reasonable price. Highly recommend them for your plumber needs.

Recently had a great experience with this plumbing company. There was a little hiccup but they apologized and corrected the situation immediately. Excellent customer service is a rarity and that alone, in addition to the great work, will definitely have me use them again.

I needed services done quickly in my home and everywhere else was telling me they couldn’t get me in until end of the week, Mayes & sons was at my house next day! The gentleman I spoke with on the phone as well as the technician who came to the house were both insanely respectful, super friendly, and very efficient! Definitely a company I will be recommending to friends and family!!

In response to a home warranty ticket we filed for a leaking shower in our new house, Mayes and Sons Plumbing was contracted to the job. Basically if you took a shower on the 2nd floor, there was a shower waiting for you through the drywall on the first floor. The plumbers that showed up claimed the issue came from the tile of the shower and had nothing to do with the plumbing. They offered us virtually no technical description in writing as to what the issue was and where the actual leak path was. They gave us practically no technical insight as to what the issue with the tiling causing the leak was. They just wrote two grammatically unintelligible sentences on a receipt stating it's a tiling issue. We needed some statement from Mayes and Sons to relay to our sellers in order to request a repair on our newly purchased house. After hounding Mayes for something in writing for a few weeks, my husband wrote a technical description as to what he believes might be the problem and asked Mayes to sign off on the description in concurrence. The general manager at Mayes refused with the reasoning that "that isn't something we have ever done." Seems like these plumbers lack the intelligence quotient required to articulate their work in writing and believe any signature they put on a piece of paper is a legal liability. I reccomend finding a more competent plumber for your money.
