Just want to give a Big Shout-Out to Dominic who just finished work at my home. He gets ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! Did such an amazing job assessing the problem and completing the work beautifully. He left me feeling very satisfied and confident in his work. I truly appreciate McPhillips getting someone out to me so quickly after I called last evening. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Had a hot water tank that was leaking. Mike T.came out and suggested installing a new one, after installing it he discovered the tank was defective and had to remove it go get another one and reinstall. Mike T was apologized and worked late into the day to get it installed. Mike T was very professional, kept me updated on what he was doing. Overall I give McPhillips a 5 star rating on service and prices.

We have had the good fortune to have been dealing with McPhillips for decades. Their plumbing and HVAC services have always been great and a good value considering the tools and experience they bring. Today we had Domenic re-pipe a kitchen sink drain for us at Beacon Hill Apartments. He was efficient, knowledgeable and courteous. A definite plus for all.

Discovered that the hot water tank was leaking on a Saturday. McPhillips was the only company who had someone available to assess the situation that day. Dominic C. returned VM quickly and came over that day, explained what needed to be done, and returned on Sunday morning to replace the tank. He worked quickly, explained everything he'd done, and answered all questions. Then he called as a follow-up to ensure that everything was okay.

I am the Asst Property Mgr. at The Las Palmas Apts. Megan was wonderful as usual. She sent Dominic a true profession. He did an incredable job. repaired the issue we were having and did a good cleanup. I have been using this company for many years and I would not change.
