Called and asked if they had a specific drain in stock and the woman on the phone said yes, we have multiple sizes bring it in and we'll match it. I drive 30 minutes, wait in like for 15, only to be told they rarely have ever seen my kind of drain and don't have anything in stock. I'm glad I wasted my time because they aren't all on the same page or they need someone who knows what a customer is asked about before saying they have it available.

I'm an old man & a broke old man to boot! But thanks to Menyhart (Jason & another gentleman there) they patiently walked me through replacing my entire bathtub plumbing system when I went to their store! As you can see, besides being broke, I am no plumber & could not afford to hire a pro to do it! At first I was intimidated by the prospect of doing this, but by the time I left their store, and with their encouragement, I felt like Peter Plumber! Photos of my finished job! :) Although my pride didn't want anyone to see the sloppy way I applied the glue! Other than that...NO LEAKS & all went well! Thank you Jason! Thank you Menyhart! Moral to this story....I wouldn't have gotten this job done if I had gone to Lowe's or Home Depot! Going to almost a century old business proved the difference! The money I might have saved by going to Lowe's or Home Depot couldn't compare to the pride & satisfaction I got from Menhart's!

This place is a lifesaver. I get home to a furnace with a code,, pressure switch faulty. I get there with model # and the Part # and their staff was very helpfull and the Part was available . Good to have a local plumbing supply...Thankyou.

Saved the day with an unusual diverter. My plumber didn't have it, sent me to Ace Hardware. The older gentleman there immediately referred me to Menyhart. Fast and friendly transaction. Very thankful for this plumbing store!!!

My furnace went out a few days ago, I found out what was needed. Gave them a call to find out it they had what I needed for my very old but in great condition furnace, the woman i spoke with was very nice and allowed me to text her pics of exactly what i needed, for that i am very appreciative! Once I got there the gentleman at the counter had already looked at the pic and know what i was there for......Great service!
