I had my faucet replaced. I am so glad I did not try to do it myself. Bill Spritzer was the plumbing technician. He was at my house within 90 minutes of me calling to ask for an appointment. I couldn’t believe how quickly he arrived. Bill was professional, kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. I didn’t even have to clean up after he completed the job. My sink faucet looks great and works perfectly with no leaks. Thank you!

Chuck went above and beyond to provide the best service, installing a gas line dryer in the basement. I didnt have the tools myself to detach the cord and I know nothing about how any of this works, and as a single woman with zero background on gas leaks/pipes/etc, I was afraid to break anything or cause a gas leak. He took extra time to make sure I didn't need to do anything else and eased my anxiety about the initial wrong diagnostic on the gas line pipe. Joe was also kind and personable, however, the service I was looking for did not exist in the system, prompting him to select a service I didn't need. When Chuck showed up, I explained I just needed the old gas dryer detached and the new one attached and didn't want to break anything. I gave this a 3 star rating because Chuck was perfect, but the cost of what was done was absolutely absurd. I wrote a $300 check for a service the company doesn't even technically do. I know this because I was going to pay with credit card, but was told what I needed done wasnt in the system and it would be easier to pay with check. I did not receive a receipt. I tried to negotiate a lower price because I knew this was a simple job, but it couldn't be done. *******I was scammed financially by this company, but I suppose when you're desperate and need help, you have to settle for being extorted.****** But Chuck was amazing, and I know it's not his fault. Thanks Chuck. You were great.

We had a very serious plumbing repair we needed with our sewer system. The technicians came out immediately, were extremely professional and overall just cared about helping resolve our issues. They didn't try to "convince" us on what was needed and over sell their different services. They gave us all our options with the prices up front and left it up to us to let them know what we were ready to do. In the meantime they helped get us some temporary relief. After the technicians left, their supervisor came out to do another inspection and was so knowledgeable about how to get the best results with our budget. The service I most appreciated was my husband has a speaking disability and they treated him with respect and dignity. Highly recommend them as an honest company that will help with any issues you might have.

My shower was backing up and I had been looking for a plumber because of the type of warranty I have. I called them to see if they worked with my warranty company. I informed Danielle that it was my first time working with this warranty company and so I was not familiar with what they do. She told me that they do not work with a warranty company but explained to me how customers who have my warranty company, how they would handle it. She was able to send out someone that same day, which I was impressed with. The service guy Tony was very kind and professional. Tony and I was talking about payments, and I understood there was a form that needed to be filled out however my mistake was I thought this company provided me with the form. (Again, my first time using this warranty company) Tony called Danielle and I could hear her talk very rudely about me over the phone. I felt that was very unprofessional and I am sure Tony did not think I could hear her over the phone, but I could. This was just in December right before the holidays. I call on January 2, because I spoke with my warranty company and received a better understanding of what to do. When I call back Danielle tells me that they are no longer servicing my area. So, you mean to tell me you did not know that last year. Just a few short weeks before the new year. I feel like she did not want to be bothered. I would hate to not recommend this company because Tony their service man was so kind. However, Danielle was very rude and because of her I will not recommend this company to anyone. Inside or outside any area! She needs to learn better customer service skills.

Joe was amazing and quick to reply! We had a gas leak and old pipes - he fixed everything and made sure we wouldn’t have issues for a long time! He was super knowledgeable and made sure everything was done quickly and correctly. He did absolutely amazing! I can’t thank him enough

Joe at Rooter Works was amazing!! We will absolutely be coming back and requesting him. He went above and beyond. As a first-time home owner, I felt like he gave me quality and honest feedback and didn’t just take advantage of my lack of knowledge. We will be coming back for all of our future needs.

Troy and Ray were very diligent and systematic when diagnosing and repairing my water leak issue. After the Christmas holiday, a massive water break happened and started to flood my basement. Troy and Ray found and fixed 6 different pipes/regulators to make sure the leaks were all 100% resolved. It took a whole 8hr day, but the job was completely handled. This week was very busy for plumbers as tons of frozen pipe issues happened around the city. My original appointment had to be rescheduled twice - once due to techs on other jobs and once simply because the part store had just closed for the night. This was very disappointing, but the work completed the next morning was so helpful in returning the house to livable conditions. Thank you so much guys!
