Right price - Great service. My phone was dropping calls, but the service person Lisa worked either me through text and I was able to get scheduled right away. Lisa was very polite and understanding. I was a very happy to find out they would come to the other side of Cincinnati to complete work. When Dre arrived for the appointment, I didn’t answer the doorbell. I honestly didn’t hear it, but he made a point of calling me and was able to still make the appointment happen. Very much appreciative of his diligence. I was happy to receive quotes that came in below my general handyman. Better yet, Dre was able to complete the services the same day. not all providers will ask, but before leaving, we reviewed the work. Exceptional service - thanks Neyer Plumbing!

August and Daymien did an amazing job today. They were on time and notices from Neyer were appreciated. They explained the process and worked cohesively to complete the hydro jetting of my sewer line. I’ve trusted Neyer plumbing both professionally and personally for over 10 years.

Just want to take a moment to thank Chris Smith for his incredible and outstanding work. With Chris, I noticed; it not just about doing an excellent job but he does that with a passion. He tags love along his work. I had my main drain completely blocked. I reached out to few other people before reaching Chris. When those other people came, they saw the amount of water in my basement, some of them even refused to put their feet in that water. But when Chris arrived, he stepped into that dirty water, started doing his magic and at first did not work. He decided to go and return the next morning but his love and passion for what he does, spoke to him. He called me back and ask if he could return the same night around midnight as he needed to go fetch a bigger snake/draining machine at 1h30” from his office. Cutting the long story short. He came back, gave it a really good fight and the drainage was running again! How incredible ‼️

Neyer plumbing comes through again. Drey, I believe that was his name, was very professional, knowledgeable, right on time, and explained everything thoroughly. He presented my options and discussed pros and cons. He worked quickly and efficiently. He did a great job. We had a plumbing emergency after hours and called Ken Neyer Plumbing. We reached a live person, and within a very short period of time a technician was at our door. He accurately diagnosed and resolved the issue within an hour. He was knowledgeable, respectful, friendly and professional.
