Called Stacey to fix a leak, fix hot water not running and install my laundry tub after a less adequate plumber messed it up. Stacey did such a amazing job and went above and beyond to making sure the bad plumbing job done was cleaned up and installed CORRECTLY. I absolutely will call up Stacey for all my plumbing needs. He was very professional and friendly while explaining exactly what repairs he would be doing and all for a good price! I am very appreciative for his work and I highly recommend! Thanks again!

I called A Better Drain two weeks ago with an urgent water/drain problem. Stacy responded quickly, fitting my emergency into his schedule, even though it was a weekend. He was very knowledgeable, explaining in simple terms both the problem and his solution. Stacy was professional and clearly knew what he was doing! I’ve used A Better Drain several times now and Stacy is definitely my go to plumber. When my hot water tank went out I called Stacy and he came out and accessed the issue but unfortunately it was rusted out and a new tank was needed. Stacy escalated me to the top of his schedule and installed the new water tank within a day of me purchasing. He even picked it up for me as I had no way to transport the tank from Lowe’s to my house. He is courteous and friendly and quick to respond. He knows his stuff and I highly recommend him for any plumbing issues big or small.
