The service, price, quality were truly A1 from this family run business. The boys were on time and worked as if the water line work was for their own property and not mine. Professional and courteous at all times. This is a perfect example of why I try to utilize a business such as this and avoid the giant impersonal outfits you all know. Should I need their type of services in the future, A1 will be the ones I call. Great Job!

Speaking as someone who's had some bad experiences with different contracting companies in the past, working with this company was pretty flawless. I submitted the form on A1 Pro Services website to request an estimate to replace my water line (I already had confirmation from the City of Columbus that it was leaking, the whole line needed to be replaced, and it was my responsibility). The owner Ed contacted me back a few minutes later, came to my house to inspect and give an estimate the same day. He sent the estimate and contract terms via email, it was the lowest quote and the best contract terms that I received from any company - new copper line with a 20 year warranty, they coordinate permits and inspection with the city, and they also promised not to disturb our landscaping and paved walkway. We scheduled a date and Ed told me they would arrive at 8:30am. The day came and they knocked on my door at EXACTLY 8:30am. They got the work done by early afternoon including city inspection. My front yard looks very un-disturbed and for the 2 holes they dug, they covered them back up nicely, laid grass seed and straw. There was a small area inside my basement where they worked and they left it very clean. Everyone was polite and professional. I'm very thankful and would recommend them to anyone.

FANTASTIC! Recently had our home’s main waterline crack as the season changed. A huge water puddle built up in our yard and had to call someone. A1 Pro was a recommendation by others and we do not regret it! Buckeye Heating/Cooling/Plumbing was going to completely rip up our whole yard for a simple repair, and charge us about 3 times what A1 quoted us. They were fair, professional, knowledgeable. A1Pro Services replaced our main waterline. They did a great job and their price was the lowest of the estimates I got. I highly recommend them!

Excellent work. Excellent customer service and knowledge base. Excellent pricing! What happened: I was cutting my grass and noticed some wetness in the grass near the sidewalk. The previous winter I also noticed that the sidewalk had cracked near the same area of wetness. I called the city to come out and inspect the line for a leak. The pressure test results showed that the leak was on my side of the line, meaning it was my responsibility to fix, and was given 14 calendar days to correct it - Big problem! Why I used A1: I called several (about 40) different contractors, pulled from the city's licensed vendor list, and got a range of estimates for several different fix/patch options. Given that this problem was unexpected, and therefore not budgeted for, price was a major consideration factor. However, because of the critical system importance of your home's water line, I also did not want to cut corners. I'm so glad I called A1 Pro Services! Not only was Ed friendly over the phone, but he was also timely, and explained several different options for my particular situation. Ed's price was also outstanding, and being a family-run business, I felt very comfortable trusting him with this job. Because the sidewalk was cracked, I also needed to have two slabs of sidewalk replaced. I went with a full line replacement, copper instead of plastic, given that my home was built in 1996 and the plastic line already failed, I wanted to go back to basics with copper. Originally, the plan was simply to dig a trench along the original line, however Ed's son's recently added a winch system, which allowed them to pull the new line underground while removing the old line at the same time. This of course saved a lot of landscape repair on my part - Awesome! Although I was upset that this situation occurred, I was extremely pleased with service Ed and his team provided, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for excavation work.

I almost never write reviews, but I am simply blown away by this company. I had a leak in my basement and my water line needed to be repaired or replaced. I got three quotes. A1Pro was by far the least expensive of the three, but what impressed me was that the people doing the quote were the people doing the work. No salespeople involved- just a super knowledgeable individual that did a great job at laying out my options. What set A1PRO apart was not just the price, it was a commitment that if all possible, they would replace the water line without having to tear up concrete or disturb landscaping. The other people quoting the job at much higher prices were going to rip out concrete, tear out bushes and all kinds of other hassle. A1 came out the morning of the repair and, just as they thought, was able to replace the water line with a brand new one without cutting concrete or disturbing landscaping. They were a pleasure to work with and anyone in similar circumstances should check them out.

They did a great job replacing the leaking PVC water supply line in my from yard with a high quality copper line. Work was complete in just over half a day. The only digging in my yard was near the sidewalk, and with that hole, about 8' x 3' and 4' deep, they were able to pull the new copper line from the basement to the sidewalk, fully replacing the line from where it goes into my basement, going underneath a porch on the front of my house and all the way to the valve at the sidewalk. Reasonably priced as well, much cheaper than one of those "well known" plumbing companies. I would definitely use them again if a different utility line leaks on me. The city water inspector told me the new copper water line will certainly outlive me. Great job A1 Pro services!!

Our main water line had a massive leak!! I had to grind out grooves in my basement floor and drill down into the sump pipe to keep the water from flooding my entire basement. A1 meet all my expectations and more. Arrived on time. Already had the city inspectors scheduled. They were very polite and professional. I asked them to replace parts that I don't think were originally discussed and they had no issues with doing it. I would recommend this company!! Great experience. Guaranteed satisfaction... I have had so many bad experiences in the past with different companies but this experience was awesome and worry free... I am very happy.
