Atlas butler and team did a fantastic job replacing my furnace, AC and humidifier! I woke up early Thursday, January 9th to find out Furnance wasn’t heating. I called Atlas butler (they answered right away) and the technician Nick Martin came to my house in less than 2 hours the same day. He let me know my old furnace needed to be replaced and why and informed Atlas Butler main office. It all made sense. Eric Capwell (another Atlas butler rep who works the numbers) came to my house an hour after to measure, take a look at what we had and what we needed and explained everything very well plus gave us options for new equipment. We chose the furnace + Ac + Humidifier package. Might as well since our AC was old too and a better deal. A day later Bob Malloy showed up a few minutes before 8am and a few other guys. They did an amazing job! We almost couldn’t tell they were here doing the job while I was working upstairs. They took care of my house, used shoes cover, and cleaned up after. They were very professional, polite and again explained what they were doing and what to expect very well. My family is very impress with their quick response and amazing customer service which is hard to find nowadays! I definitely recommend this company and their employees!

Atlas Butler performed a service appointment on my house on Sunday evening at 6:30 pm. I was completely shocked that I would get that quick of service on a Sunday night. When the tech realized our furnace was beyond repair, he quickly had another person arrive to help us pick out a new system. Installers arrived less than 12 hours and are now installing a new system. I am blown away by Atlas service and dedication to their customers, just amazing. Special thanks to James at Kyle for their speed of action and professionalism.

Being an "elite" member, I was able to call at dinner time with huge clogged sink, arrange for a plumber to come out with not paying overtime (actually use my membership discount) and in a timely manner. Brandon was very good; explained all to us, was efficient, cleaned up, and was able to be here before the projected 8-10 p.m. time. I have recommended the Atlas membership idea to several of my widowed friends who are trying to stay in their homes. Knowing that heating, plumbing can be attended to in a timely manner, via one phone call is so important.

Atlas Butler came to do the prep work for out new HVAC system. Erik Capwell did a fantastic job explaining to my wife and I the new system they'd be installing. Went over the how and why in a way that we both could understand. He clearly laid out the from-to, timelines, and expectations for both the installation and how the system will operate. Highly recommend. Ask for Erik if you can.
