I had work done by them in June 2019. It was a fast fix and a fair price. They replaced the basement portion of my cast iron waste stack with PVC because the cast iron had corroded through. Also, they noticed something a previous company failed to do and took care of it (a fresh air intake for my tankless water heater). He also educated me on how to redo my sump pump's drain line myself (which I did do eventually!) after he saw it was being propped together with a bucket on its side.

As of October 27, 2023 the original job that Bartholomew Plumbling was hired for and quoted would be finished spring of 2023 still has not been completed. Does not follow up with clients if schedule changes. Makes agreements for jobs to not follow through with them, lie, manipulate long time loyal clients. The leader of the company also threatens clients family members when inquiring on when yhe job will be completed and ask for a accurate professional date of service. Photos start from Aug. 2023 up to October 2023. Job not completed. Problems reoccurring. Doesn't follow on legal binding agreements.

It took them 3 hours to take out the old faucet in my bathroom and install the new faucet. They had to go out to their vehicle a dozen times for things instead of bringing in what they needed from looking and accessing the job and what would be needed. I have four children at home and the two gentleman kept cussing out loud, at each other and arguing with each other. They left a mess all over the counter and floor from the putty they used and debris everywhere. They got putty smeared all in my throw rug. And the cost was ridiculous for just replacing a faucet. I tried calling the office several times to speak to the owner, got the voicemail and then spoke to the secretary finally, told her the situation. She said she would have him call me, I got no call back. But they called the plumbers here right after I got off the phone with the secretary. And the plumber here was cussing the boss over the phone out loud in front of my children. Very unprofessional! We shouldn't have had to pay what we did and had to clean up their mess, and now have to get the throw rug dry cleaned, or have to buy a new one.
