I really can't praise Keith and Elias enough. When they arrived, they were nothing short of professional. Polite and respectful right down to the shoe covers they wore and face masks they put on. Their attention to detail was remarkable too. I had initially called them in, suspecting a drainage problem. They inspected everything meticulously, double-checking every nook and cranny. Interestingly, when I suggested an improvement to prevent potential issues in the future, they were candid and advised me that it wasn't needed. Unlike many plumbers, they didn't attempt to sell me extra services or use fear tactics to convince me to undertake additional work. If only all my interactions with service contractors and repair personnel could be this positive! Rest assured, I'll be relying on Keith and Elias for all my plumbing needs in the future!

I've been acquainted with Keith, the owner, and his plumbing business for quite some time, always relying on his services for my various minor plumbing requirements. About a month and a half later, I required Keith's team to install a new faucet on my kitchen sink and reinstall the garbage disposal following the installation of new countertops. His crew has always been punctual and professional, handling all the installations in my house with expertise. Keith's plumbing service is the top choice for all plumbing needs. They're always timely, their prices are fair, and they maintain a high level of professionalism.

I had a conversation with a professional named Raymond who was knowledgeable, supportive, and truly wanted to assist. A company like this is a rare find, and during a tough time, Raymond guided me through the steps to fix my plumbing system. Even without being on-site or knowing the exact model of my system, Raymond gave me every detail and explained what would happen after each step. We reached out for assistance on a wet Saturday morning. The woman answering our call at D & D Plumbing was quite friendly and supportive. Raymond, the technician who responded, was incredibly professional and did an exceptional job of explaining the problem to us. Our tree's roots had intruded into the sewer line, creating a clog. He had to go back for a larger piece of equipment but returned promptly. Miguel, the boss, arrived with his service van as well, and together they got our system back in action. We are very thankful for their effort in the rain and their advice on possibly reducing our root intrusion issue. This team, especially Raymond, comes highly recommended. Much appreciated!!

went down to check on the laundry in the basement and found the utility sink was overflowing. Placed a call to a local plumbing service who promptly answered and scheduled a visit for the following day. Elias, the plumber, arrived right on time for the appointment. We went down to the basement and I explained the situation and what I had tried to solve the issue, but with no luck. elias asked about the location of the main sewer line in the street or sidewalk. He walked a few houses down on either side to locate the main sewer line and estimate the distance from our house to the blockage in the drain line. Once he determined that, he did some calculations and provided us with the cost upfront before starting any work. Elias brought in all the necessary equipment and started to snake the line. At first, the snake was heading the wrong way, towards the back of the house. He promptly redirected it to the front and approximately after 45 feet, he hit the blockage! elias ensured the blockage was fully cleared and when he was finished, he cleaned up the work area and resealed the drain cap (on both drains, at the front and back of the house). Elias mentioned he's been in the plumbing business for about 20 years. I'm completely satisfied with the work he did for us and would highly recommend this plumbing service if you ever need a plumber in Columbus. I'd give them a solid 5-star rating for being on time, polite, courteous, and having excellent work ethics. (note: This plumbing service was a referral from another local service who had a heavy workload, and we're grateful for such an excellent recommendation).
