Ray Kautz
Our Technician came out due to a non-stop running Sump Pump. He was in and out in an hour and even showed us how it operated in case we ever needed to test our battery backup system, etc. Oh, they were also right on time when they said they'd be there (30mins window). Highly recommend H&M!
