Let's face it, when your AC unit dies during the week temps are consistently 85 to 88 degrees, it's miserable. Thankfully, the Muetzel team was just a phone call away. Every interaction was wonderful—from my first phone call with customer service to the diagnosis of our existing AC unit (not good!) to the delivery of our new equipment—everyone was kind, helpful, incredibly knowledgeable, and very empathetic. The turnaround time was super-fast, the pricing was reasonable, and the service (from everyone) was exceptional. I know it's super cliche to say, but Muetzel really does live up to that "treating you like family" vibe. I highly recommend them if you're looking for exceptional quality and service!

I wanted to take a moment to share my sincere gratitude for Joey and Nick who came out to my home to look at a problem with my Heat pump. I had been told by another well-known company that I was going to need to "spend thousands of dollars trying to fix the current one or just have them put in a whole new system". I was not satisfied with that answer and asked Muetzel to come look at the issue and they quickly went through several logical steps to identify the issue. The unit had been overcharged by the first company that came out to look at it and wasn't working properly. The first company had also suggested a new thermostat that they installed but did not have wired correctly for my unit to work. Long story short, Joey and Nick took the time to figure out EXACTLY what was wrong, communicated every step of the way and took care of the issue within 2 hours of coming to my home. They were very courteous, kind and took the time to explain everything they were doing. WOW...what a refreshing experience to share because positive customer service seems to be a rare thing these days.
