We're thrilled with the plumbing service we received from this local business! After trying several corporate options over the last couple of years and consistently being disappointed by sales pressure and inadequate fixes, we finally found a gem. Absolutely thrilled by my experience with Parson Plumbing. Floor drain was flooding my laundry room. Big name plumbing company couldn’t clear a clog and said the pipe was broken and it would be $14-18k to dig up and replace. First visit from Parson couldn’t clear anything, but they weren’t convinced it was broken. They came back out with bigger and better equipment and with a good amount of elbow grease they cleared the clog. Everyone I met/spoke to was personable and I will definitely be calling for future repairs and updates.
