We're thrilled with the plumbing service we received from this local business! After trying several corporate options over the last couple of years and consistently being disappointed by sales pressure and inadequate fixes, we finally found a gem. Our bathroom sink was fixed quickly and efficiently at a reasonable price. The service was straightforward, and we never felt pressured to buy more than what was needed. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, honest, and local service! We're putting them on speed dial!

Absolutely thrilled by my experience with Parson Plumbing. Floor drain was flooding my laundry room. Big name plumbing company couldn’t clear a clog and said the pipe was broken and it would be $14-18k to dig up and replace. First visit from Parson couldn’t clear anything, but they weren’t convinced it was broken. They came back out with bigger and better equipment and with a good amount of elbow grease they cleared the clog. Everyone I met/spoke to was personable and I will definitely be calling for future repairs and updates.

I needed a water heater replaced and they were able to come out the next day to do the install at a reasonable price. Kyle was very knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire process. He did a great job making sure everything was done efficiently and was very respectful during the installation. I highly Parson Plumbing and Drains for future plumbing needs.

Excellent service, trustworthy employees and owner, great prices without any hidden fees. The estimate they gave me was honest and in consideration of how my home would best be taken care of. I have no knowledge of plumbing whatsoever and Tyler and Dustin explained in detail what was going on with my new home and how to best remedy it. To top it off, I hadn't realized where all these foul smells were coming from in the home until Tyler fixed the pipes in the basement - next day, gone! Recommend to anyone in Columbus area.

Parson was sent out to my house by the home warranty company. Noel was friendly, answered all my questions, completed the job well, and gave me some solid tips on preventive maintenance. He did a lot more than other plumbers I've hired in the past. I'll be calling Parson again if I have any problems. Please make sure Noel is recognized and rewarded for his solid work!

I’m one to read reviews but not write one unless I’m angry with the experience. This is not the case. Outstanding service! They went over and above. I am a single older woman who struggles to be a home owner. I don’t know diddly about plumbing . I’m so happy I found the best! My main drain had roots and they didn’t give up until it was clear! Hard work, honest communication and more than fair in price. OUTSTANDING!

I hired Parson’s Plumbing & Drains through a referral for a plumbing inspection and a pipe camera report to ensure my condo was in good shape. Nate was our technician and he had great communication, professionalism, and punctuality. I would recommend them for any plumbing needs.

After 2 days of trying to clear a clogged kitchen drain myself with no success I decided to call a professional plumber. An employee at a local hardware store recommended Parson Plumbing. I gave them a call and soon after Tyler arrived to address my issue. Within 15 minutes Tyler had the clog cleared and water was running freely through the drain again. From the gentlemen who answered the phone and scheduled the appointment to the work performed by Tyler I would rate my experience with Parson plumbing as Excellent !
