Clayton and Buzz were so great to work with. They were transparent, thorough, fair and respectful. (They also loved our dog: bonus!) When they came over to do the initial quote, Clayton got into our crawl space without any hesitation and walked us through the project and all its details. We really appreciated how thoughtful he was in breaking down the service for us. We had other companies come over for quotes, not go into the crawl space, get photos of the wrong part of the basement AND quote us way higher! We will go back to Plumbing and Drain Pros for now on and request Clayton and Buzz because of their integrity. (Did I mention they fixed our problem in less than 20 minutes?) 10/10 - thank you!!

Awesome company! I have used them on 3 different repairs so far. They are always up front about potential issues and they have always been at the estimated cost they provide unless a problem arises. No surprises, great communication, and great service. They have set up a water line for our fridge, jetted and scoped our sewer, and replaced 10 feet of pipe for our main sewer line. I would recommend these guys to anyone and everyone.

Extremely helpful from the first phone advising me how to save money using my warranty. Very pleasant on the phone making scheduling easy and explaining pricing upfront. Professional that came to my home was knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Did the work cleanly and quickly. This was our first experience with Plumbing & Drain Professionals and they were great! We had old plastic shut off valves and our outside spigot that needed to be replaced. We were pleasantly surprised when we found out they could come the same day! Buz’ was our repair technician. He was efficient and courteous. He explained the repairs and addresses all of our concerns.
