I broke my main water line valve (tried to turn water off and the handle snapped). When I called, the representative on the phone was very lovely and kind. Andrew was at my house probably a half hour later and fixed the issue. I would highly recommend Waterworks in the future.

Called at 12:30 p.m. on a Saturday for service at one of my rentals. The tub faucet would not turn off. I called Waterworks to schedule a service call and went and shut off the main to the duplex since the bathtub did not have shut off valves. It took over 5 hours for tech to show up and the charges blew me away. $190 just for the emergency service call. They charge overtime on Saturday. The technician did not have the valve cartridges and gave the following options. Install new tub shower valves. $2500 or cut the hot and cold water and install press fit shut off valves so I could get the water turned back $770. I could of clipped the lines and put two shark bite cut offs for less then $20 dollars. This is a 10 minute deal that I paid over $770. I don't mind paying a fair price for quality service, but I don't feel this is it. Have not used them in years and don't know if I ever will again.

They were professional and figured out the problems with my plumbing. They went above expectations and got all my problems resolved in a short time frame. Thanks guys! I will recommend to a friend if ever in need.

Today Matt came to move the water and sewer lines in our master bath so a new vanity can be installed! He was great. Explained in detail what needed to be done and why. As you can see in the before and after photos - the difference is amazing. He paid extreme attention to detail. We are really pleased with his work and would HIGHLY recommend WATERWORKS!

Back in March I met Gary with Waterworks for his assessment of the cracked sewer stack. After describing what most likely would have to happen to properly repair the pipe, they gave me an estimate and let me think about it. Not long after I asked Waterworks to call me and discuss the repair further. Gary called me back within a day to answer my questions. His information allowed me to form a plan for the kitchen to help make the repair easier. The repair was a huge success! While the job was incredibly messy, Gary finished what could have been a 2 tech, 2 day job in 3 or 4 hours. His quick and efficient work allowed me to spend the rest of the day to get things back in order to resume life. Overall a great job!!!

Highly recommend Waterworks plumbing ! They were quick to respond, quote ,and get the job done at a fair price . Gas line regulator replacement . All the guys were very professional and personable. I will definitely be using them for any future plumbings needs. Thank you !

I had the pleasure of working with Devonte, He was amazing and answered all of my questions. The price was fair and he really took his time to do the job. He didn't sugar code anything and told me what I needed to hear with honesty , respect and also what to expect. I will definitely be using this company again and hopefully get to work with him again.
