Good supplies. No open box return policy even when trying to exchange for a different model with narrower dimensions. Only supply house that sticks us like that, otherwise it's a 5 star

Their employees behavior tends to make me Not very trusting of this company. While driving down bridge st an employee cut us off in the left lane then drove 15mph UNDER the speed limit. So I try to go around him. He speeds up…I try again, and finally make it around him despite him speeding up again. He threw his hands up all pissed off, while being on the phone, so I flipped him off and went about my day. He then called the cops. It ended with the cops telling him to not ride in the left lane and behave that way and apology from the officer. He also tried to say I brake checked him, despite their being cars in front of me. That energy and behavior is VERY telling. Especially considering he decided to take out his PERSONAL problems on a strange woman. I attempted to call many times to speak to someone and finally on my third try I was able to get someone and rushingly tell them what he did. Imagine how he treat women in his life.

Probably great for contractors, aren’t as interested in helping out general public / aren’t knowledgeable enough to help depending on who you run into. If you do your own research they might have pieces in stock that suffice. If you’re picky I’m sure they can order it. Getting harder to shop locally but you try

We stopped in the showroom and just had a quick question. As soon as we walked in we were asked if we had an appointment. We said no and after that they wouldn’t help at all. We spent 20 minutes waiting and there were no other customers in the store. The website says appointment recommended, it does not say required.

Coming from a contractor's point of view, they are definitely the best supply house in columbus! They have what I need, and if they don't, it will be there the next day.
