Plumbing Excellence

I had water back up through my downstairs toilet. Called a different plumber who snaked the line and ran a camera to find a belly in my line. They said fixing it would likely involve tearing up my concrete basement floor, but wanted to charge me $564.44 to "camera and locate" the belly just to give me an estimate on the repair. That sounded crazy expensive to me to pay almost $600 to get an estimate after they had allegedly already identified the belly. I called Plumbing Excellence for a second opinion. Jocelyn answered the phone and was very pleasant and helpful. She got me on the schedule the very next morning. The technician, Justin, arrived on time and ran the camera, identified the issue AND the location, and only charged me the $89 service call fee. The issue is not under my basement but in the yard and won't require them to tear up my basement floor. The estimate was very reasonable for the size of the job. They also gave me a narrated video of the camera work that explained the issue and what needed to be fixed. I was very pleased with my experience with Plumbing Excellence. I highly recommend them. They will be getting my plumbing business from now on.

Crystal & John were amazing today. I called with issues of a slow main line clog. They were able to get a tech to my house today luckily. John was very knowledgeable and friendly. He got all the info he needed then explained everything very well. Allowing me to pick his brain where I wanted, it was very appreciated. I signed up for the standard membership since I decided based on the amazing service I'll be using them for my future plumbing work I have planned. Thank you so much.

This is a great business to call if you have any type of plumbing problems. Their service techs do a great job. We had Grant today and he was fast and efficient. And when I called in yesterday to get an appointment, Jocelyn made sure we got one the very next day. She handles all the calls and appointments.

I used this plumbing company to flush my hot water tank. The technician was nice and knew what he was doing. He made sure to follow the steps to drain it out and also bleed out the air in the faucet after it filled up. After speaking with the manager, he explained that it's routine for them to give additional options for appliances and services. The technician quoted me an electric anode rod install and membership. It did make me feel a little overwhelmed by the price after these quotes, so I did decline them. I think it would be a better approach to print out pamphlets or email them to customers to review and look into upgraded parts or options. That way they can do their own research and decide if they want to go with them before spending the extra money. I do recommend this company if you have plumbing needs, and the manager said he will take my advice about the pamphlets and look into doing that.

All the staff I have dealt with over several years at Plumbing Excellence have been phenomenal. The techs explain everything and are very thorough. They go above and beyond every time.

Our tecnician, Ryan was excellent. He was on time, personable and explained the entire process of what needed done to correct the plumbing issue once he had the problem assessed. He went over options and costs. Was totally transparent about everything. Once an agreed plan was decided upon he got to work and competed the task timely, making as little mess as possible ( which wasn't easy-bathroom sewage issue). He then tested his work and rested. Very refreshing to have someone of Ryan's caliber when faced with such a discouraging issue. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Excellence Plumbing!! AND...it was next day service without the emergency fees others charge. All around very satisfied with EP.

I had a bathtub leak, that Jonathan diagnosed and fixed quickly. He also fixed two valves and the main shutoff. He was very skilled and professional. I have and will continue to recommend Anthony's company to all my friends because they are the best.

Grant, a courteous, friendly young man, knew his products. He was knowledgeable in replacing my toilet fixtures. He used shoe covers to walk through my house and he cleaned up everything before he left. I’m glad to see the younger generation getting into the trades. Thanks Grant!!!
