Apex Plumbing, Heating, and Air Pros

I had the pleasure of Rocco Castorano taking care of my emergency situation. A truck drove through the power pole behind my house. When the pole snapped it took the electrical connector attached to my house off and left a 7 foot by 6 foot hole in my house. The connector was still attached with wires and laying on the roof of my back porch. I made lots of calls to get it fixed but Apex Pros were the only ones who was willing to help. Apex sent Rocco out to check the situation. Rocco went above and beyond to help me get this fixed. He not only had to relocate the connector he also had to move the electrical meter from the north side of the house to the south side. Also to get everything back to code he needed to replace the fuse box too. He explained everything to me and reassured me that he has my best interest in doing the best he can to fix this situation. He is a man of his word and I will call Apex Pros every time to have them and Rocco fix my electrical problems. Again Rocco Thank you very much. You did a fantastic job!!! You really do care!!!

I noticed my furnace was not blowing out hot air and I had to schedule a last minute appointment to get my furnace checked. I called and booked an appointment late in the afternoon and they were able to come that same night to check my furnace. The communication from the Apex team was great and the service tech Randal Spence did a great job of explaining the issue, talking about options I could take for my issue. He was very efficient and did his job really quickly. He set me up for an appointment with Nick Pendleton to talk about purchase options for my furnace and Nick was very informative and helpful as well. Joshua Harris and his partner came to complete the job of my new furnace within 2 days and they did a great job as well. I was really happy with the service and everyone made this process go really smoothly and quickly.

The Apex team has been wonderful dealing with my emergency with a leaking pipe on the main waterline for my home. Andi Taraj was polite and respectful of my home. He also kept me updated on their progress thru the afternoon, which is very much appreciated. I am very thankful for their quick response.

Abdullah did an excellent job fixing my lighting issues. He was professional, punctual, and knowledgeable, quickly diagnosing and resolving the problem. His attention to detail and commitment to quality stood out, and he even explained the issue thoroughly. Polite and tidy, he left everything spotless. Blake did an outstanding job of explaining all the details of what needed to be repaired and Presented me with four different options. Blake was very knowledgeable and once the repairs began, he had things back in working order in no time I didn’t place my call until after 6 PM. I wasn’t expecting anybody for a couple of days by 7:30 that night Blake was on the job. I appreciated his professionalism And felt reassured by his knowledge of the issues. 10 out of 10 I could not be happier with the service I received from Paramount Heating and Cooling. I was impressed the moment the estimator (James) first came out to look at my needs. James took his time to thoroughly assess the situation, address any thoughts and concerns I had, and meticulously calculated the proper system to meet our heating and cooling needs. Compare this to the competitor that came out for roughly 30 minutes, snapped a few pictures and then quickly laid out 3 options (good, better, best). Paramount is much better than that and tailors there proposed solutions based on the individuals needs. This is the type of service that is hard to find nowadays. The pricing was competitive and I had peace of mind that I went with a knowledgeable company who would pay attention to the details. Fast forward to install day (which was only 3 days later!). The team that came to install my new system (Devin and Gabe) were professional, friendly, and installed the system with a level of quality that is exactly what I expected. They even laid down protection to avoid damaging our floors. I'll be honest, I typically never take the time to write a review but in this case, I am more than happy to take the time to call out a job well done. I highly recommend Paramount to anyone that wants a good working system installed properly that will last for a long time. There may be other companies or individuals who can sell and install a system cheaper but I guarantee you that if Paramount does the job, they will do it the right way. For me, it was worth the peace of mind to go with the experienced professionals at Paramount Heating and Cooling. Thanks Paramount!

The company itself was responsive, communicative and kept me up to date on times and appointments. Abdullah was professional, polite and informative on my electrical issues. He was up front on what needed to be done to my electrical service, was responsive and got the work done on quickly and in the time promised. I would highly recommend Abdullah and Apex!

Did a good job troubleshooting our furnace when it went out. Team gave us multiple options to replace 20 yr old furnace. Blaine was a great installer and took care of things during install to ensure all of our questions got answered. He went above and beyond ensuring we had a solution to a problem that came up regarding estimate and our agreement with the sales team. Highly recommended!
