Brandon and Ed were great! They were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They went above and beyond. If you need a great plumbing service give them a call. They worked hard for 2 days! We had a big order: install 2 toilets,a pedestal sink and the faucets, 3 faucets, new water heater, fixed clogged stationary tub, replaced main stack .. whew and they were very nice. It was such a help to us since we are older and can't do this work ourselves . Thanks again!!

We used Benjamin Franklin to repair / replace several shut off valves that had seen better days. Their work was exceptional! The plumber was on time, very informative and everything looks great! Thanks for helping us out!!

Benjamin Franklin has been recently brought out by a new company. I am very happy with the changes the new company has made. I had had a sump pump installed a year ago and had problems with it ever since. My technician, SPENCER, who is with the new company, came out and gave me an estimate for a new sump pump. He discussed my options and make sure I understood everything. He was very kind and patient with me. I had just had surgery the day before and still had anesthesia fog brain. He was able to come out the next day to install my double pump with back up battery. He was very professional, quick, polite, and very nice to work with. Very, very happy with the service they provided. And will use them again.

Troy Hallman Jr had worked on several calls we made for service and he is a great worker, does wonderful work and takes time to explain it to us and answer any questions, my husband and I being 76 really appreciate how nice he is to us even simple questions. He does a wonderful job every time he has done jobs here! We are very satisfied!

The plumber was nice, I just don't understand why every plumber state valves need replaced. I just wanted a faucet changed out, thought about 500 but was quoted 1300. Thank you for the quote tho and he's a very nice serviceman.

Not sure why reviews are high. I called them 3 times to fix kitchen sink clogged up and they do nothing. Garbage disposer was pipes wrong and they didn’t mention it at all. Never call them again.

Update, Feb 7, 2025: Environmental Doctors quickly agreed to reimburse me for the $69 service fee by Ben Franklin Plumbing. They also apologized for the inconvenience. I'm satisfied. Feb 6, 2025: I reported a mysterious leak to Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. The leak , about 6 SF in size, would occur periodically about two time a day. It wasn't related to either kitchen or bathroom usage, either. The leaks just appeared. Ed Lane immediately figured out the problem. The day before the leaks appeared, I hired a company to clean my air ducts. Ed went to the utility closet, adjacent to the kitchen where the leaks appeared. He noticed the duct technicians had failed to replug a small pump associated with the furnace function. Consequently, the pump failed to operate. Instead of pumping excess water out as designed, the pump overflowed & ran under the wall & into the kitchen. Mystery solved. I appreciated Ed's quick resolution. I had expected him to tear down walls in search of a leaky pipe. I still paid a service charge, of course. I have absolutely no problem with that, but I'm going to forward the bill to the air duct cleaning company for reimbursement. If they refuse to pay, look for my scathing review on Yelp. Ed solved it immediately by

Spencer was very professional. He had initially can to give a quote. Had a new water heater in the van. We excepted the quote and in a few hours it was installed and we were very happy. Second time using Benjamin Franklin 👍🏼
