Butler Heating & Air Conditioning Repair

Butler and Andrew have taken great care of us over the last few months - we couldn’t figure out what our issue was with our furnace and Butler/Andrew kept coming out without complaint. We ended up deciding a new furnace was needed on a Thursday and Butler was installing on Monday! Always appreciate company we can count on!

We were quite disappointed by our recent experience with Butler. Our Coleman furnace was no longer running properly during the coldest day of the year. They came out and were able to get the furnace restarted quickly. We were told that they were not familiar with Coleman furnaces. We were told that the flue gas exhaust was not working properly. They took the time to teach us how to restart the furnace. However, it quickly became clear the furnace was not fully fixed. My husband would have to wake up at least once every night to have the furnace restarted because our poor baby’s baby monitor would ring out about her room being below 66 degrees. We ended up calling Butler back to have them assess the situation since it was still not working properly. They were able to come out quickly to assess the furnace but did not offer any further help or solutions. After spending at least $600 for them to not fully address the issues we were experiencing, we decided to call Baker to see if they could help. Baker was able to repair the furnace that day by replacing the igniter and the control board. We had been calling Butler for all of our heating needs prior to this and had okay experiences in the past. However, after this we will be working with Baker.

Had Andrew from Butler come out to assess the condition of my HVAC. He did an excellent job of looking at every component, taking pictures and explaining what he found. I couldn't be happier with Andrew and Butler's professional service.

Butler Heating has been an absolute blessing to my home! Because of them our home is now weatherized. We are super thankful and highly recommend their business. Our new furnace is all time efficient and the water heater top notch. I could ask for more professional. They stated what would I be done and did just that.

Butler was incredible through the whole experience. My 22 year old unit went out 48 hours before I left the country. The whole team went above and beyond to coordinate replacing, installing and financing while I was off the continent. They were so understanding, made the process so seamless, and gave me the opportunity to come home to a cool house in the middle of august. I was so appreciative of their work, the respect and knowledge, and the care put in to handling this in a unique situation. Would definitely recommend!

We had the pleasure of working with Keith and Wade Jr. for our heat pump and propane furnace install with new ductwork. Keith was extremely knowledgeable of the system being installed. He was able to answer every technical question I had about the system, which there were a lot of. The install was of extremely high quality, in large part because of Wade's attention to detail. I highly recommend Butler Heating and Air. We are very happy with the great people and the great install!

In December I contacted Butler Heating and Air for a new heat pump and water heater, I couldn't be more satisfied with the workmanship and the product that was installed, with this recent snow storm and cold temperatures my system has been flawless excellent job and thank you.
