Had drain issues in my bathroom and since I only have 1 bathroom was very happy when I called Friday morning and they came that afternoon! Alan was very pleasant and helpful. Found the problem and fixed it. They were recommended to me by two other plumbers I respect. Very happy with their service

i used them 2 years ago and had such a good experience i had to track them down after losing all the contact info. the customer service is the best here the prices are beyond fair. the office lady i think her name was Cindy was super helpful. The tech Dylan is super nice and does a great job.! I can’t recommend this company enough. They are the only one i’ll use moving forward.

Follow up on my previous review. Call DrainTech for all drain and sewer needs. liner installed on one of the coldest days of the year. I actually watched the manufacturers video on the installation technique and watched the team for DrainTech do each step ad recommended. After the descale and liner install, the pipe was flushed, camera ran the full length and it has never worked this good. I am not a review person I have now left two for this company. Honestly the only pain is trying to pay for the service. DrainTech clearly prioritizes getting the job done. Thank you again DrainTech team! This is how you do business. I will never call another company again. If I ever need some work done DrainTech us my go to!

The only place I’ll call from now on. I had two other companies come out and tell me my main drain pipe was busted and had trench rot, which required either excavating my living area or relining the pipe. The guy that came out was super friendly and cleared a blockage with ease. He then proceeded to stress test the drain to see if we had any issues and checked for a break and trench rot. There was no break or trench rot to begin with, just some scaling. So happy I was recommended this company and I’ll continue to use them for any further issues!

Drain tech was recommended by a local plumbing company & now I know why. To schedule was easy (a person actually answered the phone). Service call was setup within a day & I couldn’t be happier.

Have an ongoing issue with the main drain at my daughters house. Roto-Rooter was the first call and I was dumbfounded by the lack of knowledge. They cleared the clog, used a camera which was not really viewable and told me the issue was 18 ft out, with no real explanation of what or why, and no visual proof of this, just that "Yeah looks like the problem is there. They then sent another person out with GPR and this individual was following the main water line into the house (Nothing came of this other than wasting my time) They then quoted me $7-8k with city permits for repair, although it could be more around $12k. The drain clogged two more times and I called two different local companies determined to get to the root of the issue and find the right company I could trust. Both of the other companies cleared the clog, got their money and left with little insight to "WHY". One refused to even provide a quote for proper repair. The 4th time the drain clogged (all within 12 months) I called DrainTech. Ryan came out and was able to just use the cleanout right by the porch, (that apparently others just ignored.) Cleared the clog, than ran a camera that had good resolution and was self leveling, showed me the full run, noted there was a break in a section of the cast pipe and exactly where it was, provided me a copy of the video and stated that this could be repaired with a liner, and provided a quote on the repair that was far more affordable than Roto-Rooter. I was very impressed with the knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail. We had a clog again right before the 2024 holidays and I called DrainTech again. This was the fault of the daughter flushing paper towels, or I imagine things would have been fine. In this instance she was also without power. Ryan showed up with a generator, cleared the clog and we were working again. I am settled on using DrainTech for any future needs, (yearly root cleanout). I am scheduling the liner install, and hoping this will fix this ongoing issue. The only negative thing I could say is that they need to work on invoicing. I had some issues actually getting my invoice. You will want to pay them for the job, because they actually know what they are doing. 4 stars now only because I still need to schedule the liner install and the billing complexity. If you don't call DrainTech for drain issues you are wasting time and money.

Drain Tech of Dayton was recommended by another plumbing contractor to try first. I'm glad they did because the first plumber took two shots at over two days, made a woman remove the toilet herself and still didn't fix anything. Drain Tech came out, removed toilet, checked it out, fixed the problem and replace the toilet and the house is flowing smoothly again. I highly recommend Drain Tech.
