Love this company! Jimmy came out to replace my garbage disposal, and he did such a terrific job (not to mention that while he was working, he was also sharing some pretty funny stories). He also took the time to answer some questions about a tub faucet I have, and he saved me some money because what I was going to do would not have been conducive to the end result I was seeking. I really appreciate how responsive, courteous and professional he was. I'll definitely reach out to this company for any future plumbing needs. Thanks for a great experience!

Elliott took care of plumbing issue at our home. We got same-day service. Irv, the employee who did required work was polite, personable and efficient. We were impressed and called him back for more work the following week. Prices were very reasonable.

No hassle, got the job done quickly and efficiently. Would have been there an hour after my call had I been able to be home. Jimmy showed up on time, easily fixed what turned out to be a very minor problem and explained a LOT of things to me about plumbing that I didn't know. Called this gentleman for service just to get a lecture. The guy from the water company was nicer and more helpful. I’m sorry if you were having a bad day. Obviously if I’m calling you the last thing I needed was a 15 minute lecture and you wasting my time trying to find a plumber. Luckily you’re rating will be higher than Roto Rooters!

I have a possible backup or vent problem in my drain line connecting my sink and washing machine. I wanted to support a local business, so I checked them out. Great ratings, good history, and a BBB grade; looks perfect! Called to ask their professional opinion and to possibly schedule someone to take a look. I was nothing but friendly, but I got nothing but a sour, snide attitude. When he said "we don't do washing machines", I thanked him and ended the call. Not professional at all.

Returned my call within 15 min, showed up in one day and fixed bathoom leak and garbage disposal . Very dependable, professional and reasonable!

Called Roto R and they couldn't send anybody until Monday so i found a local Huber biz. They arrived within 90 minutes and quickly asessed the problem. He was very professional and helpful explaining the process to clear the drain. Very thorough and safe. Recommend highly and thank you, you earned future repeat business!
