Ferguson Plumbing Supply

My experience with Ferguson has been absolutely amazing! My water heater busted on Wednesday right before Thanksgiving. The sales team at Ferguson was able to find the replacement water heater I wanted at another store and have it shipped to my local store by Friday! When we arrived at the store to pick it up, the water heater was larger and heavier than I anticipated. The exceptional staff at Ferguson offered to deliver the water heater to my home that day so I didn't have to go the weekend without hot water. The delivery driver followed me home and helped me unload the water heater. Truly outstanding customer service - could not recommend this place more!

I needed 2 thermostats & 2 elements for my HTP water heater. Max helped me in every way. They did not have the parts nor did they have the parts in their system. But Max tracked them down for me, found a supplier, let me know a timeline, researched 2 day air shipment options, & communicated fantastic! I ended up finding the parts through a faster path for me to get them sooner but Max was everything you could ask for with help & service.

I'm just a homeowner who happened to know which water softener I wanted. Ferguson and their staff went above and beyond for me and my family. I arrived with a minivan which couldn't transfer the item I was purchasing. It was after 3pm on a weekday, and we were projected to have a winter storm that evening, leaving most businesses unsure about ops the next day. My hubby and father were going to install the device, so I couldn't just call my plumber and ask them to pick up. The sales associate spoke with the owner to see what they could do to help me out. They ended up delivering the item for me. I asked what I owed, and he said nothing. I couldn't believe it! I would have happily paid $69 plus for same day delivery given that my dad was on his way from 2 hours away to work on the install that night/next day. The delivery man was just behind me within 10-15 mins. Absolutely unbelievable service at a place where I felt they truly cared about the customer. Background: Hubby called and got the quote, told me where to pick if up. I arrived around 3pm on a weekday. Man at the counter couldn't find a record of my order, but was quick to help figure it out. We joked around a bit about sports, etc. I asked about a military discount, which he said they do not offer. However, due to the confusion of my order he worked with me. I also asked about what I may need to install. He walked me to the storage area and showed me what I needed, which I happily purchased, even though I figured I could find the same thing for a few $ less at Lowe's. Rest of my experience was just amazing. Would recommend anyone check this place out!

The man that helped me and man do I wish I got his name! Was amazing! Trying to find a dress up kit for a unit that is actually all concrete and the fixture itself other than the tub spout is over 60 years old. He worked with me for over a half hour trying to help me fabricate it if necessary. Amazing staff, unbelievably helpful and all around great place!

I've been a customer of this Ferguson branch for 15 years, recently I had received an incorrect part for a job and it put me in a big bind, I was at a location 25 minutes away and it was near closing time at Ferguson. Josh brought out a replacement part and saved my a&&. I've been in this business for 45 years and it's been about 20 years since I've had someone at a supply house go out of their way to correct a problem and to do it so fast, he even carried the item into the business. Great job Josh, thanks for the outstanding service, you deserve a raise!

This was the 6th place I visited to find a valve for my faucet. The counter man took the time to search for the correct one for me. I'll definitely go back for all future plumbing needs.

Didn't have what I needed gave me number to corporate office which was not helpful.
