Communication is great through the whole process. The technician let me know when he was coming and showed up at that time. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. I am now waiting for the next phase. I’ll let you know how it goes.Update: the job went well. They finished the job in one day and the job was done right. There were some adjustments that had to be made and they made them with no problem. Highly recommend.

I contacted them at noon today and by 1:15, they had a worker here to find the broken line. He fixed it and it is only 2:30 pm. Zachary was nice, polite and professional. I could not have asked for better customer service from Gem Coty Plumbing!!!! Thank you

Gem city plumbers is a fantastic company. Nathan knew how to solve my problem and get my plumbing back up and running after my water heater went out. Nathan was very professional and knowledgeable about all things plumbing. The best part is he never once tried to up sell me on stuff and just gave it to me straight. Nate (Nathan) whichever he prefers, came out to unclog our kitchen sink drain and did a great job. He was also very willing to answer a couple questions I had about something that was not related to the job he came out to do and gave me his professional knowledge about the matter. From calling to schedule with them, to the work being done, to both individuals I spoke too, it was a phenomenal experience. I would highly recommend in a heartbeat and will use them again for any future needs.
