Great customer service!! Called Thursday for free estimates. Was provided multiple options, services, detailed info. New water heater installed Friday. Professional, courteous installers. Overall great experience. Will use Heeter again and recommend to family, friends!

In January of 2025, I used Heeter Plumbing to replace a kitchen faucet. Frank was wonderful. He answered all my questions and did an excellent job at a very reasonable price!!! I highly recommend Heeter Plumbing.

This company exceeded my expectation from booking to install! The ladies in the office were super friendly and Knowledgeable. Installers on time, efficient, accommodating and wonderful to work with. They even took the time to show me how to drain my water heater for routine maintenance. Price was reasonable and I would 100% recommend this company!

A great experience with Heeter Plumbing. Amazing customer service, they do something many companies don’t do anymore - answer their phone every time with polite, courteous service! Frank Peters installed a new water heater and went the extra mile by soldering all of the connections. A friendly, professional company with reasonable pricing - I would definitely recommend their services.

I contacted Leah at Heeter Plumbing for a free 2nd opinion. I was told by another Plumbing Company that I needed a complete new sewer line for thousands of dollars. Heeter came out immediately and used their camera and showed me that my sewer line was fine. The 1st company told me that my line was cast iron which was not true either. Heeter was so nice and professional I recommend them to everyone. They saved this old lady from a very expensive scam. I can't thank them enough.
