I have used Howerton plumbing several times over the years and they are always on time and professional and their work is incredible. Everything they have done for me is top notch. They replaces our shower in the master bath and did all the plumbing when we remodeled our kitchen and moved all the appliances around for a new design and had them replace our hot water heater. I would never use anyone else after the service they have provided us over the years. Very detail oriented!

We had them out to replace the faucet in our office. They were very friendly and professional. They explained what needed to be done and what they needed and when they would be back to do it. The woman I spoke with in the office was also friendly and helpful. We were totally satisfied with our experience.

Matt & his whole crew are the best plumbers we’ve ever had. Over the course of many years, three homes, when we landed with them—we’ve stuck because they are the best. Reliable, trustworthy and there have been countless times where they’ve gone above and beyond!

We called today due to a leak above (we live in a condo and need service asap), very very rude customer service. Also, the condo owner above me called to get an appointment asap due to a water leak from her leak pouring into my condo.. she also felt very belittled.. We will make sure that we spread the word that this is the worse plumbing company to deal with. BBB complaint will be filed as well.

Spend your time and dollars elsewhere! I had been scheduled for a week for some pipe replacements. I took off work for that day, as they said it would be a longer project. I got a call the day of, 15 minutes after their scheduled arrival, to say that they would not be coming out. I asked why and was told that their plumbers had taken a vacation. The lady I spoke with on the phone couldn't have cared less, and invited me to look for other companies if I couldn't wait 3 days for their CEO to get back so he could reschedule for a later time (he had also taken vacation). Terrible customer service, can't speak for the workmanship as they never even showed up.

We needed a new water heater. They were at our house in less than two hours. The job was done in good time, and at a good price. Hopefully it will be a while before we need a plumber again, but when we do, it will be Howerton's!!

This company is awful! First they installed a Tankless W/H in a home with well water that is so hard it immediately voided the manufacturers warranty and didn't bother to inform the customer, then they came out to do a flush when the WH locked up and their own plumber told us it should never have been installed and we need to go back to a standard WH and he wouldn't bill us. We played phone tag multiple times with the guy who was suppose to be checking with their warranty and quoting us a new price and every time we would call his secretary told us he was unavailable even if he had just called 10secs before (he would call long enough to show on ID but hang up when we answered). After 2mths of not hearing from the company I just received a past due bill!! I am furious and will be reporting to the BBB.
