Would not give me an estimate over the phone to have my kitchen sink drain snaked/cleared after I explained exactly what was going on (not the first time it has happened). Folks were kind and courteous after a notification that the tech was 'on the way' to my house; so I left work to go meet him. Then I got a notification that the tech was leaving his previous job 20 minutes later to drive 30 min to my house. Two hours off of work. Called a competitive company and got quote over the phone for $200 less than this firm. Would love a credit.

They sent a plumber the same day we called and it was on New Year’s Day. The plumber immediately looked at our flooded basement, fixed the issue and finished the job within a decent time. Fortunately I was able to sign up for their membership plan that made the service a little bit cheaper, plus the military discount was greatly appreciated. Definitely recommend their service.
