Our hot water heater went out and well within 24 hrs I had a new working one that solved everything for us and even at an incredibly reasonable price. Very thankful for this company. Highly highly recommend working with them.

Ricard was able to take care of my gas line pressure test the day after I contacted him. He did a marvelous job getting everything ready for inspection. The job passed inspection perfectly.

Great experience! Richard was timely and provided expectional customer! He discovered a gas leak that I wasn’t aware of and fixed it on the spot at no additional cost. Called on Saturday and he came right out. Very reasonable price. This is a amazing local minority business.

He installed a vanity on shirt notice. I asked him if he could pick it up at Menards in Tipp City. He agreed, then later (after standing in line at the store in Centerville) said he wanted more money because he didn't remember saying okay to Tipp City (although that is near where I live - not Centerville). I said okay so he wouldn't quit before beginning the work. I helped significantly on prepping the job. Still same price. After he left I discovered a leak and called him. That was a week ago. He has made no effort to "fit me in" and now I see the side splash needs more caulk. I will finish his job. No expectation he will reimburse me. The good part: he was available on short notice and he did the heavy lifting (griping every step of the way!). But now we see why his schedule was not too full.

Just called and I honestly couldn’t tell if I had called the correct place because of the way the phone was answered. Could barely understand anything the guy said and while his service price was better then what I’ve found so far, based on his attitude I wouldn’t want him doing work for me.

They did not have to do all that unnecessary digging two other plumbers said had to be done. I will use them again for my plumbing anytime! Not to mention the hundreds he saved me!

Professional and fast service. Came same day and cleared the kitchen sink drain. Would definitely recommend his services.
