I was told my appointment would be at 12-2 on a Wednesday and wasn’t called until around 5pm letting me know they wouldn’t have someone out that day and was rescheduled to the same time frame for the following day. However, the next morning my technician arrived early and was quick, pleasant, and easy to work with. I’m getting my floors redone and this made sure I’ll be able to have them done today. I wasn’t particularly happy with the scheduling, but the technician and his work ethic made it easy

Eric, was kind , professional and courteous. He knew what he was doing, had the right tools for the job and didn't have to borrow mine unlike the other company that tried but failed to fix the problem and just wanted to cut a hole in the adjacent room. Thankfully Rooter showed up the next day with all their own tools and supplies. Eric had the job fished in about an hour. If I need future plumbing I'll call Rooter and ask for Eric

3 years ago I gave this company a good review. My sewer line was supposedly replaced. They were paid $7000 to replace 23 ft with PVC. Now my sewer line needs to be again replaced because Mr. Rooter did not even replace 10ft. I have less than 10 ft of PVC, and the rest is clay. Now I’m paying an additional $6,600. to finish a job that Mr. Rooter was supposed to do.

I had major plumbing issues and was terribly overwhelmed but the guys from Mr rooter were great. Bobby always answered my phone calls and was so kind and considerate . At first my insurance wasn't going to pay anything but Bobby talked to them and now I'm getting an insurance payment. Augie and all the other guys who worked on the job were respectful and helpful and did a good job of cleaning up afterward. I definitely would work with them again

I pretty much had a nightmare of a situation at my business that began on a Friday evening of all times. Bobby and his crew prioritized getting things taken care of so my business could operate with the least disruption as possible. They were thorough and communicative and got the job done in freezing weather. They made sure we were included with decision making and seeing the progress in all the steps. Chad was so nice and helpful. I didn't have to replace my garbage disposal but he installed a clean out drain and cleared the drain. Also provided tips and tricks to help keeping it running smoothy and smelling better.
