UPDATE: Increasing my score after a productive conversation with the owner to monitor the situation with me and be available moving forward. I bought my house in March. According to the previous owners, All Inclusive replaced the main water line to the home in January. Every time it rains, water POURS into the basement where the line was replaced. Someone came out to look at the issue. He admitted that the interior seal was poorly done the first time, and replaced it at no cost. Unfortunately, this did not resolve the issue, and we have continued to have water pouring into our basement every time it rains. The same person came came back out a second time to look again and stated that nothing was sealed on the exterior when the job was done the first time, which is why we continue to have water come in. He also stated that the owner said the warranty doesn’t transfer from the previous owners, and we would be charged $1100 for them to come back and fix their shoddy workmanship. I absolutely would not recommend this company since it does not appear that they stand behind their work.
