Steve and his crew tackled an all-day job for us, redoing our utility room essentially from scratch with new appliances, installing a new sink, as well as some other odds and ends around our home. The crew was prompt and friendly and happy to walk me through the work they were doing, answering any questions I had. After the job was done, Steve stayed in communication with me on follow-up items including some rebates and credits their installed units qualified for, as well as some referrals for an electrical item that came up. All of which I greatly appreciated. Additionally, an issue came up the day after installation and Steve responded within minutes of me reaching out. They had Chad back out to address the problem that same morning. They certainly take pride in their work and own it. I'd recommend them on that last point alone.

Steve and his team were professional and fast. During his first visit out, he told me what exactly I would need and supplied me with a name and company I could contact to help me find the fixtures to best match my current bathroom set. I really appreciate the customer service from scheduling to the end result! I will definitely use Premier Plumbing in the future.

Steve, Jason, and Jason with Premier Plumbing were incredible to work with! Honestly, could not recommend a better plumbing company. They are reliable, efficient, knowledgeable, and very reasonable in price, while doing quality work (We received quotes from a couple other companies around town for 2-3x what we were charged). From our initial communication through project completion/inspection, Steve and his team worked with us every step of the way. We did a complete repipe from polybutylene pipes/manifold system to PEX/manifold- so a lot of pipe and labor went into this huge project. I felt safe trusting Steve and his team with my home. I've already told several neighbors about the quality work Premier did for us and I know from here forward, I will always use their services should I need them. We had an outdoor spigot damaged over the winter and ran continuously once we turned it on in spring. Premier was super responsive and was able to get an experienced plumber (Steve) out to help with the troubleshooting and replacement. Steve was very respectful of our home, was quick in resolving the issue and cleaned up after himself. We will definitely be using Premier for our future plumbing needs. Thank you Steve and Lisa!

Needed a water heater installed on a holiday weekend and they were quick to respond. They arrived a few hours after i reached out and we had hot water a few hours later. Very professional, courteous, and friendly even at 8pm on Saturday. Highly recommend!!!
