Trent is the BEST HVAC tech we have ever met. Extremely professional and kind. Heat went off in the early morning on a Sunday at our house. I called 5 other places only to be pushed away until Monday... it was really cold out. Trent came the same day on a Sunday and saved the day. Thank you!

Our heat went out yesterday and I booked online for a free consultation at 4 in the morning and by 7:50 I was contacted to see if I wanted an earlier time. Trent showed up immediately, took lots of pictures, discovered the issues and immediately gave me solutions and estimates. He was very professional and kind. The thing I really like was that he didn't talk down to me because I was a woman. He treated me as a person. I appreciated that greatly.

We started having issues with our original 17 year old water heater. I called Southtowne at 8:00 a.m.and within an hour and a half, a new one was delivered to my house and someone to install it arrived within 30 minutes after that. It turned out our pilot light went out and they happily relit it and had the water heater picked up. During the course of the week, the light went out 2 more times and we determined it was unreasonable to put more funds into the pilot light on such an old unit. Again, a new unit was delivered within the same time frame. We had hot water again by the early afternoon. The plumbers took great care to ensure my hardwood floors were not damaged and carefully removed/replaced the units while being careful with the walls. Maggie in the office was helpful and very informative as well, answering all of our questions. I highly recommend Southtowne and I love supporting neighborhood businesses. They will be my one stop shop again for any of our future plumbing needs.

Wow! Absolutely a great experience. Southtowne was timely, friendly and very professional. Far from trying to jack up the price, Mike (the plumber) gave me ideas that saved me money. Reasonable prices and a friendly plumber who really knows his stuff. Maggie in the office was responsive and got me booked as quickly as she could. I can't say enough about how pleased I am and will absolutely use them again and recommend them.
