Called Thomas & Galbraith yesterday and set up an appointment for between 8:00-10:00 this morning to unclog a drain. Kevin W. arrived at 8:45. He went directly to the basement to assess the problem. He went back to his vehicle, brought his machine down to the basement and started to work. He told me he ran his drain snake about 50’ and cleared the blockage. The charge was $93.00 to unclog the drain. Kevin also looked at a couple other plumbing issues and gave me an estimate to repair one of them.n. All in all the work performed went smoothly. Kevin was polite and knowledgeable.

This was by far one if the best experiences I’ve had with a service representative in a very long time. Brandon came out, quickly diagnosed and repaired my plumbing issue, gave us detailed instructions on how to monitor and maintain it then went into detail about the maintenance service program we are enrolled in and how to get the most out of the plan. He was prompt, professional, polite, and very personable. He is a very good representation of Thomas and Galbraith and the company is very fortunate to have him. Thanks again for a great experience. We had Thomas and Galbraith replace or 20yr old Water Softener today. Cameron and Phil arrived on time and immediately covered our carpeting and covered their shoes to protect our home. Both men were extremely polite and knowledgeable and answered all of my questions concerning the installation. I will definitely call Thomas and Galbraith for my future plumbing needs.

Me and my boyfriend Gordon were extremely satisfied with the professionalism of technician Dustin Smith. Not only did he show us the cost up front, his knowledge and timely manner on repairing of our shut off valve and busted pipe. Wasn’t planning to leave a review but… after two emails and a text, here we are. Had new counters installed lowering the sink and requiring a new drain. Tech advised he’d go through the floor and tap the drain in the basement. Tech was courteous, respectful, and nice. Asked him what we were looking at money wise and “around $1,800” was mentioned. $1,800 for $100 worth of PVC parts and an hour of time. Insane. $650-$750 tops. I understand that everyone needs to get paid but you are out of your mind! I’ve only ever posted positive reviews and had no intention of leaving this one but you kept asking and… here we are.

Very pleased with the tune up and the technician who came to my door to check the furnace out. T & G installed the unit, it is 6 yrs old, and has performed flawlessly throughout. Maintenance is important, particularly when dealing with gas, as I have the unit checked twice a year. Seth, the tech, was professional, cordial, and informative as he had a few recommendations for my unit. What really impressed me was the detailed digital pictures which he emailed me upon completion of his work. The only recommendation I would make to the company is to label the pictures, as it's hard for a layman to ascertain what is being tested, and I am always willing to research and learn new things. These pictures showed every step of the what was done, and totalled more than 37 in number. If you call T & G, ask for Seth...he'll take good care of you with no disappointments.

The Thomas & Galbraith tech, Eric, called as he was finishing his previous service stop and ask if he could come a little early, that was great. His visit was very professional. Checked out my gas furnace. He reviewed the service sheet with me when finished. My gas furnace was still in good condition. He provided a couple estimates for upgrades to my system before he left. Eric was efficient and knowledgeable. I would welcome him back in the Spring to service my AC.

Carson came out to give me an estimate to replace the "dinosaur" of a furnace that I have. He was cordial, polite, friendly and very knowledgeable. He was great at explaining all about my old system, what was needed to replace it and how the financing worked. He didn't talk down to me which a previous estimate person from another company did. I have complete confidence in installation being done correctly because of Carson's attitude and information. He was a joy to work with!
