Accurate Plumbing

I called to make an appointment to have a toilet and sink installed. It was Valentine's Day. They assured me that the work would be done before 1:00 p.m. before my wife came home from work, as we were celebrating our first Valentine's Day as a married couple. Accurate Plumbing did not show up on time; they arrived at 2:30 p.m. and did not give us a heads-up that they would be late. They were still happy to charge me their prime rates, despite completely disrupting our day. A simple phone call to let someone know you are running late is all it takes for quality customer service and shows the customer you value their business.

Our water heater literally blew out this morning (water gushing everywhere). I called Accurate, and Kameron was there at 8am, and by 9:30 we had a new Water Heater Installed. He couldn't have been more polite, pleasant & knowledgeable and I believe the price was very reasonable (probably because they don't have a huge advertising budget that passes through that cost to me). I had them out once before for my Sump Pump as well, couldn't be more pleased with their service.

I had an error on my Navien water heater and Mike with Accurate plumbing was able to fix it without replacing the entire unit. This is a business with true tradesmen, plumbers who are professionals and know their field. They know how to actually repair issues rather than simply replacing expensive items. I’m extremely satisfied and plan to use them anytime I need a plumber.

Our water heater died on a Saturday evening (messy and hugely inconvenient).😱 Members of a local Facebook group had several recommendations. Based on those recommendations, I called Accurate, Amanda, Fritz Baumann, and Jack Woods. Only Mike from Accurate Plumbing responded and sent someone (his son) out the very next morning (Sunday) to replace our water heater. They were polite, prompt, professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and tidy! I am extremely impressed with their work ethic, service, and how easy they were to work with (and also to see young people who feel called, entering the trades)! Equally thrilled to have hot water again! 🥳 I will absolutely contact them for any future plumbing needs.

The quote was fair for the work performed. The team was easily reachable over phone and they showed up on the promised date and time. I would definitely recommend their service.
