I called to make an appointment to have a toilet and sink installed. It was Valentine's Day. They assured me that the work would be done before 1:00 p.m. before my wife came home from work, as we were celebrating our first Valentine's Day as a married couple. Accurate Plumbing did not show up on time; they arrived at 2:30 p.m. and did not give us a heads-up that they would be late. They were still happy to charge me their prime rates, despite completely disrupting our day. A simple phone call to let someone know you are running late is all it takes for quality customer service and shows the customer you value their business.

Our water heater literally blew out this morning (water gushing everywhere). I called Accurate, and Kameron was there at 8am, and by 9:30 we had a new Water Heater Installed. He couldn't have been more polite, pleasant & knowledgeable and I believe the price was very reasonable (probably because they don't have a huge advertising budget that passes through that cost to me). I had them out once before for my Sump Pump as well, couldn't be more pleased with their service.
