Conner did a great job! He came earlier than the expected appointment time, provided friendly, quick service, and solved my clogging issue in the kitchen sink. I also appreciate that 1-Tom-Plumber is a faith-based organization.

Conner was fast, friendly, and efficient solving a month long headache in a few hours. We were quoted $2,400 from a competitor for a new stack. For $225 Conner found the culprit was some trash my toddler had shoved down the sink and he got it cleaned out for us. Very much appreciated.

They told me there were no leaks to fix except the dishwasher hose. But I could clearly see a completely disconnected pipe to the showerhead in one of the photos they emailed me with their invoice. *Edit: They later explained it was capped off and wouldn't leak so they thought it didn't count. They said they thought I was going to be replacing that part anyway with new faucets and fixtures. But I had asked for all the plumbing that needed fixed in my house to be quoted and everything checked for leaks. They've come back out, connected the pictured showerhead pipe with a coupling without charge, and inspected more thoroughly this time. There were quite a few more slow leaks found, about $3k worth of work that needs done. Jonathan, the second tech, did a much better job. I changed my review grade since they were responsive and had another tech come back out quickly who was more thorough. *Edit #2: The $3k worth of work that was found by the second tech included items that do not need repaired or replaced. Another plumbing company and my insurance both pointed out unneccesary items in 1Tom Plumbing Dayton's estimate. The other plumber also said the estimate prices were "very high". I agree the $419 price they gave to replace a dishwasher hose seemed high, but I couldn't tell personally about anything else on the estimates. I am putting my review back to one star. I had changed it to three after being asked to change it from my original review. It is a fair review that their service did not meet my needs or expectations. Neither tech understood when I said that I wanted all damage repaired from a freezing event and that I was working with insurance to ensure it was all repaired.
