I was pleased Nathan & Dave arrived before the scheduled appointment time. After accessing the situation with a 124 year old leaking bathroom sink pipe. They advised me of my options & quickly got down to business. I opted to have the whole pipe replaced. It was certainly alot of hard work, as they had to open a pretty big hole in the hallway wall to access the drain pipe. With tempatures outside being in the upper 90's, they never complained & were very focused on the task at hand. The end result seems great, water is draining as it should & I am very grateful. The cost of it all seems reasonable for such work & Nate & Dave were very personable & professional. They even offered a referral to a company that does water damage & drywall hole repair, I appreciate that. Essentially, I feel they went above & beyond to help & do a good job. We have used Valu-Rooter on several occasions over the years. All experiences have been great with well-mannered, experienced, friendly techs. Our last experience was with a plumber named Nathan and he was absolutely amazing! By far and above anyone else I have worked with in the past. Nathan was professional but very friendly, diligent and tirelessly hardworking, and most importantly he showed great pride in his work making sure every detail was perfect. I CANNOT recommend highly enough the plumber Nathan for ANY plumbing job big or small you may have in the future.

These guys were referred to me by my son in law. They do great work. No extra charge for Saturday til 4pm. David was amazing-explained everything he was doing and answered all my questions. He has 28 years experience and it showed. I would highly recommend him as he knows his stuff and very skillful and careful with my pipes. A job well done. Used a camera to detect the problem, snaked it out and everything working like new.

I called Valu-rooter and they were able to come out same day! I had the pleasure of having Josh come out to give us an honest opinion on what needed done and for a great price! Nathan did work in my home all week and never skipped a beat! He was extremely well mannered, knowledgeable and efficient! We've decided to continue to use them for our community village needs, as we have been very pleased with their services and staff! Highly recommend these guys!

Nathan arrived and was very professional. I showed him the issue and he quickly had a plan to resolve it. He even offered to good recommendations. I am pleased with the work he did and would definitely recommend them.

Very happy with their service. Called them and they came out the same day to fix a burst pipe in our crawl space. Very professional and quick. I was very happy. This is the second time I've used them for an emergency situation and have been pleased both times.

Broken kitchen faucet, called Friday spoke with John explained problem. He said OK that Nathan could be there same day 11am/1pm. Nathan arrived around 10ish and looked at faucet and said OK quoted price which we liked. Nathan was very professional and answered all questions and explained everything very clear and understandable. Nathan proceeded to do job under the supervision of our Chihuahua, Tuffy and if our Chihuahua accepts him, then Nathan is well worth calling again, if a problem arises. We had a major major plumbing problem the last couple of days and we called Valu-Rooter and the name of the tech that we had was Nathan. He was very knowledgeable, very friendly and very polite. He not only knew what he was doing, but he cleaned up any mess that he made. I would highly recommend Valu-Rooter to any of my family members and friends.
