I didn't catch the names of the two gentlemen that came by our house. But they were quick efficient and very kind. They were also really good with my dog, who has some anxiety issues. I would highly recommend Hyatt's plumbing. Thank you guys so much for fixing in ten minutes, what another company couldn't fix in months. Much appreciated.

I’ve had the worst experience with Hyatt’s Plumbing, and I feel compelled to leave a review in hopes of saving future homeowners from a similar situation. In my 41 years of life, I’ve never encountered such poor service from a professional company. On the first day I owned my home, I wanted to do preventative maintenance and replace the water main shut-off valve, which was something my home inspector had noted. I contacted Hyatt’s Plumbing, and two technicians showed up. It took them two hours to do the job, but when they turned the power back on to my well pump, it started tripping the switch. They told me I needed a new switch, which pushed my $175 job to $400. I was frustrated because everything had been working perfectly fine before they arrived. Once they replaced the switch, they then told me I needed a new well pump for an additional $1,800. One of the technicians had to leave for class, and I was left with no water. I called the manager, and admittedly, I lost my temper (which I regret), but at that point, my $175 bill had ballooned to $2,200! I needed water, and it was Friday, so I reluctantly agreed to have them replace the well pump. After the pump was replaced, the water still didn’t work! They checked the breaker box and found that the issue was a blown fuse – a $20 part. They went to the store, replaced the fuse, and the problem was finally fixed. Although the technicians seemed like good people, this company clearly lacks proper trade knowledge, and I ended up funding their "training." I would strongly advise anyone considering their services to avoid Hyatt’s Plumbing and find a more qualified company. When I asked the manager what the issue was after the work was all completed, he admitted that it was the breaker switch all along, and they should have checked that from the start. The manager gave me $500 back, but I still feel it should’ve been more, considering the stress and frustration it caused me. The situation even triggered a relapse in my PTSD, which made the whole experience even harder to deal with. Do yourself a favor and just scroll to the next company on the list.

As always, Hyatts plumbing did a great job on my problem. They came out. They were done in a timely manner. They were pleasant and personable, and I cannot tell you how much I appreciate that. It was Affordable and done well. I will always always recommend you

Hyatt Plumbing came to the rescue super quick and were very efficient! We had a pipe burst due to the cold weather and they came right away and fixed the pipe. They explained everything they were doing and communicated very well. I will definitely be spreading the word and using them again in the future! Thank you!!
