Exceptional and timely customer service with a thorough explanation of the problem and how it would be fixed. The 5% military discount was also appreciated. Best plumbing experience I’ve had by far.

Called them with a concern about a Water Softener that was installed in a house I rent out which was making noises and since I had just installed new hard wood floors I wanted an evaluation. Chris was honest and upfront with his evaluation of the old softener which was over 10 years old. Discussed a new softener and he made sure the recommended one would fit in the space before going forward. Outstanding installation and great instructions on how to use the new softener. I called Wright Choice Plumbing to come investigate a water heater who's pilot light wouldn't light. They came out first thing the next morning and before the end of that day they had diagnosed the issue and had a new water heater and softener installed. These guys did fantastic, timely work and were very pleasant and accommodating while doing it. I kind of hovered the whole time as my home office is right next to the utility room, and they answered all of my questions (I asked a lot) and seemed happy to do so. Their prices seemed fair although to be frank I wasn't really in a position to shop around. I'd highly recommend Wright Choice Plumbing for anyone in the Fairborn/Dayton area!

Chris at wright choice plumbing was amazing... he was super knowledgeable and answered every question I had.. he was promt, professional, and courteous. His prices was more than fair... be did a fantastic job and cleaned up after his work and left the area exactly like he found it. His helper Brandon was also hard working and professional... highly recommend.

He was thorough, explained that the pipe burst due to recent frigid temperatures, and gave us great advice to prevent future issues.
