Just amazing. I had 2 gentleman out to reinstall plumbing to my kitchen sink after a remodel and add osmosis water station. Also running waterlines to a new dishwasher and refrigerator so lots of work had to be done. The two gentlemen did an amazing job. They were more than professional and even did things that were needed that I did not know of. They were so respectful of the work are and keeping it clean. I have to say just an all over great experience. I would recommend to absolutely anyone if you need a trusted company. This is where you should go!

Over the years Buckeye Plumbing has been everything we expected. Timely, kind and fair, and most of all they get the job done fast and right. I’ll keep counting on them in the future - we’re fortunate to have them in our community!!

They replaced my Navien tankless water heater on the same day I called them. So grateful I didn’t have to go more than a day without hot water. They know what they are doing and are equipped to fix your problems quickly.

On August 20 I had had an appointment scheduled with Buckeye Plumbing, but on that day when I called when they did not show up they claimed I had no appointment scheduled with them and that they had no record of the faucet they had special ordered for me and it was not in their possession now and were so busy that they could not possibly reschedule an appointment to replace the faucet. To them I did not exist. Draw your own opinions of this as a business practice.

The two guys who did the work were friendly, and willing to do work in a difficult-to-navigate crawlspace. It took two of them three hours to complete the work, which would normally have taken them half that time in easier conditions. Very professional, excellent people doing the work. The office sent me a bill the following day for $1900. They installed 40' of PEX, which is minimal material cost (40 cents per foot retail... I'm sure they get it for less), so generously allowing for $100 in materials, they still charged $300/labor-hour, and I'm sure the two guys who did the work barely saw a tenth of that. Their exact breakdown wasn't given. The invoice wasn't itemized, another bad sign. Get a quote if you're going to work with this company, or look for someone else who will charge a fair price.

,Josh and Nate worked on our well pump no breaks, lunch etc. these guys are very nice and helpful, I would recommend them for sure they stayed here until the job was finished! If we need a plumber Buckeye Plumbing will get the job done and right! Thanks again! Shane also came with a machine and cleaned our well!

Excellent service from start to finish. Office was able to answer any questions while exploring options, and explained pricing up front. The guys arrived as scheduled, and handled all of the demo and installation of our new water softening system. They explained everything on the new equipment, and demonstrated the various functions clearly. They tested the system and made sure everything was completed, and the work area cleaned of any debris before leaving. This is our second time using Buckeye Plumbing, and they have always completed all work as requested professionally, and without any issues. The work has always been performed for the quoted price. No surprises, just excellent quality and performance. I would highly recommend Buckeye Plumbing for all of your plumbing needs.
