I have used these guys a few times and they have been by far the best in the area. From having a leaking pipe repaired to my water softer replaced and just recently flipping the plumbing around in my bathroom and installing a new tub. Everything that has been done is perfect. They are always on time and very detailed oriented. Highly recommend!

Hartville plumbing did a great job replacing our hot water tank. They came out on time and were better priced than the competition. Diana was also great setting up the project!!!

Had them come out with a problem in my basement toilet. They cleared the line and the toilet clogged again two days later. They came back and a week later it clogged again - they came back and cleared it out. 6 months later, the line clogged again and they did not come back out. I called another company and they figured it out in an hour. They ran a camera and found that the toiled didn't have the flushing power to get through the whole line. So, spent near $1000 to Hartville and it was the toilet the whole time. Now I spent more money for the other company to come out and still have to purchase a new toilet. Not great

Overall a very good experience. Cody was very knowledgeable and worked fast. He did very good work and communicated the entire time he was here. Afterward he walked me through everything he did and explained how to prevent the problem from happening again. He not only fixed the plumbing but he put in our new vanity for us. I highly recommend Hartville Plumbing. I will definitely use them again if I have any plumbing needs again.

Very professional and personable. They get the jobs done in a timely manner, especially the sewer and drain guy. The office manager is pretty, professional and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. You can't go wrong with Hartville Plumbing!
