Excellent Service – Fast & Professional! I had a plumbing emergency and called A.P.P., and they had Gavin and Dan (terrible with names hope I remembered that correctly :) ) at my door within an hour. They quickly diagnosed the issue and had the leak fixed in just 30 minutes! Both were professional, efficient, and clearly knew their stuff. The whole process was smooth, and the service exceeded my expectations. Will definitely do business with them again. Highly recommend!

A.P.P. is a family business, and it shows in the quality of their work. Gavin and Dan were very efficient and professional. Gavin did a great job explaining what was needed before they began and reviewed the finished job to make sure I was comfortable that everything had been done to my satisfaction. In the past, I’ve paid way too much for far less service from other plumbers, but I’ll stick with A.P.P. from now on. I highly recommend them!

John is fantastic. He clearly wanted to repair my plumbing and not just sell me something newer and more expensive. And he gave lots of free advice about my hot water heater, the slow flow to the shower, and the kitchen pipes that like to freeze. I highly recommend. He's also a loyal Buckeye!

Affordable Professional Plumbing did an amazing job. Our shower fixtures needed to be replaced due to a leak and our toilet needed to be replaced. They not only did the job well but they cleaned up after themselves and even threw in some tips for maintenance. The price was definitely reasonable. I'll hire them again for sure!

Called Affordable Professional Plumbing in the morning because we noticed a leak in our water heater (old unit). John (owner) came out around lunch time and evaluated it. He explained everything clearly and gave us multiple options. He also didn't try to pressure us into more expensive solutions. He replaced the unit same day which took about 2 hours. Pricing was on the lower end compared to the bigger companies and the quality and care was top notch. John gave excellent service, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend John and Affordable Professional Plumbing to anyone who needs quality service from a local small business who cares about it's clients.

John repaired two leaky faucets with new cartridges, installed new pop up drains, replaced an old shower valve cartridge, installed new washer faucets, installed a new laundry faucet and fixed a stuck tub drain all in an afternoon! Outstanding work for a fair price. I would gladly use them again!

I have legit received absolutely phenomenal service from A.P.P. and I cannot say enough good things about them. The difference here is you are working with a group of PEOPLE who take pride in their work and care about their clients, instead of a CORPORATION that would gladly let your house fall down on you if it meant making an extra buck in profit. In the middle of an insane week and outside of their working hours they came by and diagnosed an issue completely outside of their field (it was electrical, not even the plumbing at all!) I now have my plumber for life. If you're shopping around right now, this is who you should call.
