Joe C visited for our first semi annual checkup. This is our first winter in our new home so I had some questions. He has a wealth of knowledge and he happily shared tips and info. Friendly and personable, was great with my animals and didn't judge me for my cluttered house. (Working too many hours does that to a home) Will use them again and recommend to the family and friends.

Michael R. was prompt, courteous, professional, knowledgeable, personable, and a real joy to work with. He analyzed the problem with my water heater, suggested options, obtained the necessary parts quickly, and we scheduled the repair for the very next day! I have used American Air for years. Great company, great team. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

American Air has never let us down! Quick to respond, reasonable and great to work with. Malik gave a courtesy call the day of the appointment and arrived right on time. Inspected and serviced our older unit and was happy to answer questions.

Shane was competent and professional finishing the install ahead of schedule. Larry was professional answering my questions . It was very cold working out side the day Larry installed my air conditioner He never complained just kept on. He was careful not to bring dirt into the house.Great group of tech.

Tom came out today to perform our semi annual maintenance, and he was super friendly and professional. We have a part that needs to be replaced, and he’s helping us to get it covered under warranty and has kept me informed throughout the process. Excellent service throughout.

Have a unit in garage that required maintenance. Initially installed by American Air. Larry arrived promptly and after looking things over explained the necessity for the insulated ductwork that had become unsightly. He then repaired the insulation that had loosened. Very courteous and professional gentleman. He spent 2 hours working to improve our system as much as possible. Very impressed with Larry. A job well done. Thanks Larry for representing yourself and American Air so well.
