Very smooth process. They were more then pleasant to work with from initially reaching to getting me on the schedule very quickly. Mike was great with explaining everything and walking me through what the problem was, why it was happening, and what was the best corse of action to take. Was contacted a few hours before my appointment time offering to come early which was appreciated. You get a text with the technicians picture as they are on their way which I really appreciated. Quick, efficient work and happy with the result.

Gunther was very professional, reasonably priced, and quick! Our water heater needed to be replaced. I called before close of business and was put on the schedule for an estimate first thing the next morning. Travis was at our home before 9am for the estimate. We decided to go with their estimate. They had us put on the schedule for later in the day and had a new water heater installed by 2pm the same day!

Mike and team were fantastic from start to finish. They customized a solution to work within my budget and delivered as promised. I’ll be a return customer for sure.

Our sump pump went out on New Years Eve. Gunther Plumbing had a new sump pump in by the afternoon. Great service, very professional. Also, excellent prices. This is the second time we've used them and each experience has been great.

Certain things matter in service oriented businesses: SKILL, COST, TIMELINESS and CUSTOMER SERVICE. Gunther gets 5 stars in all of these categories. After a gas leak in my home was discovered , Columbia Gas shut off gas completely. I was left with no heat and no hot water. I called Gunther around 9:00AM and they were on-site around 1:00 PM (TIMELINESS). They corrected the leaks quickly and correctly. (SKILL and TIMELINESS). The gentleman out to do the work and the receptionist that I spoke with to schedule where both very professional and friendly (CUSTOMER SERVICE). And the COST was INCREDIBLY reasonable ! If you need a plumber, give them a call.

Gunther Plumbing installed an auxiliary water meter reader. They were prompt to send someone out to give me a free estimate, and to send me the price, which was much lower than my other estimate. The work was done 2 days after I accepted their bid. The installer, Mike N., was also very efficient, professional, polite, and friendly. I will definitely use Gunther again.

This was my first experience with Gunther plumbing and they were recommended to me by a company in Westerville because our home was out of their service area. Gunther was very friendly, very prompt and I appreciated the thoroughness of the work that was done for us as well as the communication.
