These folks communicate well and charge reasonable prices. Another plumber quoted me $4500 for a new water heater when Keigley fixed a sensor for $100. They are fabulous and work with you to save money on warranty parts when other plumbers won’t.

My go-to for plumbing. Called yesterday for a minor, non-emergency leak. They got out here in less than 24 hours. How great is that? Next day service on a non-emergency repair? That's super responsive and I appreciate it. Brian took only a few minutes to remove and replace the bad fitting. He double checked all of the fittings on that service line just to make sure it was all tight. No sales pitch, no BS, just got in there and knocked it out. THANK YOU!!!

I contacted Keigley plumbing to fix a warranty issue with the plumbing in my house. The receptionist that took my call and scheduled was very friendly and understanding. The technician that came out allowed me to watch him do the work with no issues and actually taught me all about what he was doing. He was very knowledgeable, thorough, and friendly. I would use Keigley plumbing in the future for any issues I had. The only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 is because they gave me a time frame for being at my house between 8-5, so I was stuck home until they did show up. Other than that, excellent service and quality work.

0 STARS for DRIVING - Unfortunately, I was behind one of their vehicles on 6/27/24 around 8:45AM from Scioto Darby Creek Rd to Dublin Rd and lastly to Roberts Rd...(couldn't imagine any longer of a distance) and the person behind the wheel did not use a single turn signal the whole time and did not appear to be paying attention to the road! Stay away from their vehicles if you get the unfortunate luck of crossing paths with them!!!

I’ve had a great experience working with Keigley to replace a bathtub faucet. We had to work together on finding a replacement for the old/existing faucet and they were very helpful and easy to work with. Scheduling office also very friendly

Finding a plumber can be difficult. Finding a GOOD plumber can be even more difficult. That's why I have called Keigley Plumbing for all my plumbing needs for the past 13 years. They are courteous, prompt and really good, not to mention fair with their pricing. They have repaired my shower and sink faucets; replaced the guts in all my toilets; replaced my sump pump; and repaired leaks in my toilets and irrigation system. Since 2008 Keigley Plumbing has conducted the annual backflow device test on my irrigation system and they have never raised their price! Occasionally the company owner comes out to do our service call. You can't beat that! I highly recommend Keigley Plumbing.

Can this company do anything right??? Leaks under Every sink in the house on our new build. Traps and pipes installed crooked or not tightened down. Sewage smells in the house because improper ventilation of the plumbing. Massive leak in the master shower bath into the wall cavity. Worse plumbing company we have ever experienced. On top of that they were rude and unprofessional.

Keigley has done the plumbing for our entire house and is reliable, fast and best of all friendly. Emergency response has been, well responsive. Nice work.
