Old Hilliard Plumbing

Have used Old Hilliard multiple times for issues with toilets and garbage disposal. They are very easy to communicate with, responsive, and are able to get out for service quickly. Technicians were knowledgeable and friendly.

This is the fourth time I have used Old Hilliard Plumbing. Each time they are always very reliable and knowledgeable. Their hourly rate is very reasonable for 2022. I recently had my garbage disposal replaced by Anthony. He was very friendly and quick. He tested it and made sure there was no leaks or issues. Had him check my sump pump for a concern I had and he was honest and suggested to leave it as I had it. I am guessing most companies would have fixed it and charge me an extra hour. Definitely will continue using their service in future needs. Thank you.

I called Old Hilliard Plumbing searching for a company that could fix a gas lantern that was wasn't burning properly. The technician who came to my house was very nice, but said they used to have someone on staff who fixed gas lanterns, but they no longer do. He left and I never got any follow-up. He didn't fix anything. Then I got a bill. If you know you don't have the people on staff with the knowledge to fix a specific problem - you should tell the customer that up-front. I told them over the phone the problem I was having before the technician came out. I called the office asking why I'm being billed when there was no service performed, and I have never received a call back. And then I get billed again with a note that I need to pay the bill ASAP. Still no call back. Bill paid. Will never use this company again, and would not recommend.

We had all 3 of our toilets replaced and two of them needed some extra care. The gentleman that came out were awesome. They replaced all our toilets, hauled all of them aways, and were super clean. They were done in about 2 hours and were reasonably priced in my opinion. Highly recommend if you need a plumber and are Hilliard/Columbus.

From scheduling to services…I can’t speak highly enough about them. They were able to fit me in within a two day window. Anthony found the source of my leaks immediately and fixed all four of my issues within a two hour time frame. He was clean and respectful of my home and my space. And now I have a dry basement. Their rates are extremely reasonable too, which is great because plumbing rates vary so drastically. I will forever recommend their services and will use them again should I have any other plumbing issues arise.

Unsure how this company has such a high google review as the quality work they did on my bathroom renovation was terrible. They were contracted for this job and literally everything they touched needed fixed by someone else. Most of these issues are basic plumbing jobs. -Did not align/center shower faucet, valve, and spout -Installed the wrong connection for the tub spout. The tub spout was present for them to reference throughout the entire process. -Vanity faucet was not tightened to the point where it moved when touched and had already leaked all over the vanity. -Came out THREE TIMES to try and fix the toilet, which was a new install and is still leaking from the base. -Plumbing was moved around in the basement and multiple leaks were found afterwards. -Felt free to scrap my copper pipes without asking me, the homeowner. That's theft in my book. I would under no circumstances recommend this company to anyone.

Came in to my house to do hot water tank and did any phenomenal job. Real professional company with best pricing in town. Thank you!

The first time I use this company was because I had actually called on them in a previous job and remember them being so nice. I also could not get my normal plumbing company (at the time) to come out as quickly as I needed them. Connie is extremely knowledgeable and has given me great tips and tricks to prevent pipes freezing, what to do when pipes burst, and preventing it from happening again. I’ve use this company time and time again and will continue to do so based on her expertise alone. But the work they do is also fantastic-the prices are fair, the employees are also on time, they clean up after themselves, and they get the job done. Extremely professional. Highly, highly recommend.
