Great experience today with Lance at Apollo Heating, Cooling, & Plumbing. He got our furnace up and running warm and all cleaned up in no time. I'll be using them for all my routine checkups as well going forward. Thank you Lance and Apollo for making our home warm again on a cold day!

We just had our regularly scheduled "check up" for our HVAC system with Apollo, and Josh Still was the technician who paid us a visit. Josh was thorough and professional from the outset, taking a look at our system, offering suggestions for how to get more out of our HVAC, and answering questions. We never felt rushed, and Josh was incredibly kind and polite. I continue to highly recommend Apollo for all of your heating, cooling, and plumbing needs!

Apollo Heating & Cooling is highly recommended. The salesman (Travis) and the 2 service technicians (Dave & Dave) were amazing. Quote was on a Friday and Monday morning at 9am they were here to install! I was quoted a specific price and when they arrived, they had to do some more work than anticipated (vent work) and ended up staying longer than anticipated. I was not charged anything additional and they had to have a few other individuals come out as well to assess the best way to do resolve my issues!!! True Customer Service with this company and great technicians. They really knew their stuff and were very informative with all our questions. I will highly recommend Apollo to others! I had a great experience with Jake when he came to check my furnace. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything to me. I really appreciated his attention to detail and friendly attitude. I feel confident knowing my heating system is in great shape for the colder months. Highly recommend their services!

Had a great experience today with Blaine, the plumber sent to my house to fix a leaking shutoff valve. He was efficient and the finished product looks great. He was also very informative and friendly as I asked a lot of questions which he was happy to answer.

Clayton W. was the BEST technician ever. He explained everything to me that he was doing, was so patient, efficient, helpful, fast, and got my heat working in no time. My house was 37 degrees when he showed up and already in the 50s before he left. Cannot say enough good things about him and Apollo!! And I got their value membership. I feel so much better about my furnace and air conditioner moving forward.

My experience with Apollo Heating Cooling and Plumbing to not get off to the best start due to the interaction over the phone in setting up an appointment. However, I do appreciate the professionalism of receiving a photo and bio of John before he arrived. Being a single female, it put me at a comfort level with him entering my home. John was very professional and took a lot of pictures and videos and took the time to explain everything very thoroughly to me. He did not rush through the appointment or make me feel pressured to accept any of the recommended services.
