My upstairs neighbor needed their entire tub & shower enclosure replaced, so K&K came to do the job. It had leaked into our bathroom and the ceiling was open, so they did some of the drain work through our ceiling. This caused some mess, as one would expect. I was pleasantly surprised when I went to look a short while later, and it was as nothing had happened at all! They were fast, polite and cleaned up after themselves completely. Great job guys!

Nice people but it took weeks to fix my boiler ordered wrong part, miss diagnosed then replaced other parts when part they installed didn't fix problem....oh yea charged moreoney each visit .... Way too expensive .... Suggest find an individual that knows what they are doing and gets the diagnosis correct the first time or doesn't charge you more each time the misdiagnose

Needed a new toilet. Installed. Scheduled an appointment with Holly who was very accommodating. Carl called as he was on his way. He did an excellent job. Highly recommend Kline & Kavali.

I had a very good experience with K&K when we needed to replace our water heater. Holly was very friendly and knowledgeable on the phone, setting up the appointment and checking on extended warranties with the manufacturer. Job was done quickly and correctly with no issues by a friendly plumber. Water heater prices have gone up lately it seems, but K&K's price was very competitive - same as it would be to have Home Depot arrange it, but more trustworthy in my opinion. And their price was much less than Approved Plumbing whom I also quoted.

Called in the morning with a non working water heater. Even though they were booked up they fit me in later that day. Carl arrived and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He quickly identified the problem as the element needing replaced, and having spoke with the office manager he knew to bring that part with him. He talked to me and told me how the water heater works. People with experience are so rare and he was wonderful. They worked direct with whirlpool to fix the issue under warranty. Will for sure use again! As a first time homeowner I've come to find that not many places do a good job. So glad to have used them!

This is the only company we use for any of our plumbing needs. Great people, friendly and the service is above the rest. Carl is the man, he knows what he is doing. He is friendly, knows his job and doesn’t waste time. Pricing is not bad either. When we first moved here we called another local company for a small plumbing job and they charged us over the top amount for what little work they did. Highly recommend Kline & Kavali if you are looking for plumbing services. They will be coming to our home again next week and that makes the sixth time for our using their services.

Called and they gave me a rough estimate over the phone. Very fair pricing compared to others in the area. Day of service Nick was timely and professional. Came in and installed the new water heater quickly and was pleasant to work with. He was very kind and answered all of my questions. Thanks for your help Nick!

They scheduled me quickly and were prompt when showing up. Plumper was very professional and courteous of my house. Two and a half hours to replace a hot water tank and expansion tank. I will highly recommend them to family and friends in the future.
