Great experience! I had my ducts cleaned, plumbing checked and furnace checked. All the technicians were professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Our air feels so much cleaner and I am breathing easier. I couldn’t believe how much dirt and debris had accumulated over the years. So glad I called McAfee

Just had a new system installed and I have to say the service and quality was top notch! The techs showed up when they said they would and did everything exactly the way they described. Very nice and courteous and the install went smooth! I’m glad to be part of the McAfee family!!

The service install was excellent. The follow up was excellent. They did things I had no idea they were going to do like a CO2 detector. I am extremely pleased and have already recommended them to a couple other people so thank you so much for what you’ve done. I’m looking forward to many years of service with you.

Justin and Brayden came out today to install our new tankless water heater. They were both very courteous and professional. All I can say is WOW!!!! They did a great job!!!

Very professional service. Always put on booties when entering home. Knowledgeable, explaining issues such as when I say the house was 'stuffy'. Run the fan. Good advice. Allergen filters have a high pressure drop and reduce air flow. If allergies are an issue, they can install a whole home system. UV or I-wave. Tech says McAfee trains their own people. It shows. Elijah W. was very attentive and knowledgeable.

My furnace caught fire and had to be replaced asap. McAfee team was super responsive and helpful! They came to my house for initial assessment within 2 hours of me calling them and scheduled install the next day. Chris, Matthew and Brenda stayed past quitting time to make sure I was all set up with my new system. I feel assured that I got a great HVAC system and if I ever need any assistance I know they're only a call away! Highly recommend!

I have had personal interactions with four technicians from this company; Drew [the advisor], Sean, Matthew [the installation techs], and Andy [ the inspector]. Each was respectful of my property and on time when the appointments for their visits were scheduled. I must say the electronic communication with the company was comprehensive and frequent. It was a good thing. The stand out technician on this job on the day of a furnace installation was Sean F because he listened to my concerns and provided understandable answers to my laymen's ears. I saw many tools and furnace parts scattered around like a 5000 piece puzzle but it amazingly all came together after a few hours. When they departed, all four of them, my home was as clean as they had arrived, and each day was well below freezing every day of the whole process. I'll be calling McAfee for help again if I have any issues in the future.

The Technicians, Mike and Ian, are very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, respectful, and pleasant gentlemen. There was no mess, they cleaned up after themselves. McAfee sent a text with a picture of one of the technicians. This is great so you know who to expect. I highly recommend McAfee for whole house air ducts cleaning.
