Dale came out once to clear our main sewer line and noticed that our plumbing had been ran incorrectly. Their team gave us an affordable quote to replace our downstairs plumbing and were able to come back later the same week to replace it/ route it in the correct fashion. Dale and Josh finished the whole job in half a day and explained what they changed and why. With the cold weather getting worse there is a strong possibility that without their guidance our water lines may have burst (we had pipes routing through the outside walls which had already frozen). Given their knowledge and professionalism we would happily work with Northeast plumbing again in the future.

I do not have enough words to express my gratitude to Northeast Plumbing! They’ve saved us twice in a plumbing emergency - once with a hot water tank install and another with underground piping. Without them, we would have been waiting weeks for a large issue to be fixed, but NE Plumbing was quick & efficient! They also had knowledge of older homes, so they were well equipped and able to help us out. Pricing was fair & we were never over-quoted on work. They got done what needed done. Jacob, Jerry, and Tim were all awesome!!! Thanks guys!

Chris is fantastic! I am having a water quality issue and he came out to assess my water heater and also did a ton of research and had conversations with the municipal water department on my behalf. We haven’t yet found the right path forward but Chris has invested significant time, travel, and effort in troubleshooting what the problem may be. Most contractors would charge a significant amount to even start the process but Chris seems to know how to win repeat customers. Once we have a path forward to fix the issue, I will definitely be using NorthEast to do it and I will be recommending their quality customer service to anyone that needs a plumber!

Dale, Jerry, and Josh came out to snake a backed up basement drain. They were very courteous and let me know everything they were doing to fix the issue which they resolved very quickly. I really appreciate the fast and friendly service.

NEP&M has been our go-to plumber for a while. They are dependable and the quality of their work is top notch. We recently had a water heater installed and the guys were in and out in maybe an hour. Laid down materials on our floor and cleaned up every speck of packing material, etc., leaving the area spotless. Dale and Jerry were the installers and I would definitely recommend them. Chris has owned this company for a long time and he is a true professional with integrity, and the people that work for him reflect that. I've worked with many electricians, chimney sweeps, carpenters, etc., and have to smh whenever I hire those guys, but NEP&M is the ONLY plumber in my contacts. It's good to know they have my back.

This place is great - In and out quickly, and the technicians, Dale and Chase, were respectful, exceptionally kind and even really funny too. They created a safe and welcoming environment and explained everything very simply, in a way that was easy to understand. I would definitely use this company again, as this was a great experience. They even squeezed us in for a same day appointment, which was great. You guys are the best - Thanks so much for your wonderful service!

Chris and his team came out to our church harvest missionary Baptist church and did and phenomenal job very professional and would recommend this company to everyone thanks guys for all your effort and patience from the office staff to the guys that was working on the job site can’t thank you guys enough!!
